Pros:

Position of hotel, pool and spa facilities . All staff were very nice and reception staff helpful

Cons:

Room very rundown and poor maintenance. Lounge unusable due to no padding over the frame we had to request pillows to be able to sit. Kitchenette cupboards and kickboards damaged and chairs had timber/ laminate peeling off the seats. Curtins were perished and rubber backing coming off allowing light through in patches. Power point had to be replaced as too dangerous to use . Luckily we didn't have to use the air-conditioning as it was barely attached to the wall and very old. Even though it was non smoking there were cigarette buts on the balcony that I had to pick up and bin so not cleaned very well.
We were very disappointed in the state of the room for the money paid and unless they are renovating the room's I would not recommend.

The service i asked for a clean extra blankets as the one i had had marks on it.i got 1 thin blanket from recption after i checked in also mentioned internet no answer on that really n i needed another n nothing also asked for a microwave no one got back to me i also asked about the wifi internet as i was having problems n it actually slowed my phone down n i ended up happening too keep rebooting my own phone i ended disconnecting n none of the apps like Netflix n YouTube wouldnt work ...
So wasnt impressed with standard of housekeeping im a housekeeper/cleaner so i know the standards

We had a very enjoyable stay at The Atrium Hotel! The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean.
Pros:

Very interesting! We have never been to a hotel with a swimming pool in the middle.

Cons:

All OK. Nothing to complain about.

Bed was nice but would not recommend to anyone

The bed was very comfy

Cons:

The lift in the hotel was broken, there was a filthy dirty table in the room and there was no need for it. There was no socket outlet near the bed. The property is just very dated and needs an upgrade.
