Nice hotel but will never book again here
Pros:

rooms were okay just like normal hotel rooms

Cons:

the process, their rules and regulations is not guest friendly.

Drivers not allowed to sleep in rented cars. or else will pay.

requires additional matress for extra pax.

entering the room even not told.


Management and staff were not considerate.

stayed for 2 nights but coffee/ soaps are good only for 1 night. Better yet to have doubled the free drinks and shower essentials

Honestly, only the staff were very kind, but aside from that the room was just that bad that we couldn't appreciate anything else.

Cons:

First of, one small blanket for 2 people. The bed was tiny. There is a small crack in the door which allowed loads of mosquitoes to enter which was very uncomfortable. Towels were dirty. In addition we had to ask for a couple of stuff several times (doesn't mean the staff were not nice or kind, but it would've been more comfortable if we didn't have time ask a couple of times).
Also, the path to the resort is uncomfortable, narrow and creepy. Very far from the main area which was also unfortunate.

Pros:

Very clean and relaxed vibe, staff were incredibly nice. Rooms had everything you needed. Restaurant food was amazing and the pool was perfect.
