Pros:

Главное достоинство этого скромного гестхауса - его месторасположение, с террасы открывается прекрасный вид на храм Светицховели, который находится совсем рядом! Место тихое, свой небольшой дворик; на соседней улице магазин и обмен валюты. Доброжелательный хозяин.

Cons:

Кровати не очень удобные. Разболтанные розетки, в нашей комнате не работал верхний свет.

Pros:

David is a very friendly host and has the most beautiful terrasse on the first floor with the best view on the church! Also on a hot day it's lovely to spend time on the terasse as david has an incredible green garden💕 And the rooms are super clean! Didi madloba, we would definitely come back!

Pros:

Nice room with comfortable beds. Clean and tidy. Relax area in front of the room with an excellent view of the Cathedral and Jvari Monastery in the distance. Good security and friendly hosts. Can drink the tap water. Supermarket 20m away and money exchange if you need.

Pros:

It was the great stay, I felt right at home.
The place was with all needed amenities. I really enjoyed the surroundings, it's not noisy and crowded but very peaceful and local. The host was very friendly and always responsive, he was here to help with any issues. He even suggested coffee in the morning which was a great addition to enjoy it at the balcony with a view.

location almost in the center of the old part of the city, large rooms, comfortable beds.You can park your car right next to the property.

Cosy guest house with a great view
Pros:

Very comfortable rooms with a view on the church, it's extremely cosy and it feels like home. The host is really nice and recommended us some really good places to eat. Can recommend and we are sad we didn't stay longer.

Cons:

Sound isulation could be better, but it's not a big issue.
