Accueil très sympathique, excellent pdj, hôtel à proximité des pistes
installer des rideaux (hors ceux servant à l'occultation) afin que les passagers dans les bennes de liaison qui passent devant l'hôtel ne puissent pas voir dans les chambres lorsqu'il fait encore jour ..mais sinon tout était très bien
les croissants / pains au chocolat de la boulangerie au petit déjeuner , les serveurs, notre chambre triple spacieuse et agréable, la localisation de l hôtel dans Meribel Mottaret, la piscine intérieure, le jacuzzi extérieur, le billard, le thé à disposition, le bar, les chaises longues dehors et les tables / chaises, le calme de l hôtel et des chambres grâce à une moquette épaisse et des murs bien rembourrés de tissus dans les couloirs, les escaliers hyper pratiques et plus rapides que l’ascenseur
Le petit déjeuner n’est pas bon du tout, les jus trop sucrés, le bacon pas bon du tout. Pas de fruits frais, pas d’option pour avoir des jus pressés frais, pas de crêpe mais des mini pancakes pas bons qui sortent d une machine, le sèche cheveux de mauvaise qualité, les gels douche / shampooing dans la douche que l’on ne peut utiliser a cause des pompes de mauvaise qualité, le nettoyage des chambres qui est trop tardif, un seul ascenseur et trop lents, l’absence de mini bar dans les chambres, de téléphone pour contacter la réception, pas de room service.

It's a bit dated in the lounging area.
Breakfast was very delicious - exceeded our expectation; pool and gym were also nicer than expected; the service at the bar was superb - great cocktails and good vibes. Beds are very comfortable. They packed us a breakfast to go on our last morning which was a nice touch.
Room was very simple, and to be honest was a bit disappointing (we even upgraded to deluxe rooms). When paying those amounts, we expected something different. Another surprise was the fact that during lunch times, ALL of the children ski schools from the area seem to come to that specific hotel for hot cocoa and snacks and pack up the lobby. This is not acceptable and was not pleasant (even though the staff tried to handle that). Last - on our checkout day, it seemed that someone added around 600 euros that did not belong to us. This thing should never, ever happen. It might be a mistake (and I believe it is), but I seldom find myself required to check the checkout bill - left us with a sour taste.

Fantastic location just 1 minute from the piste, so truly ski ing ski out.
The ski locker didn’t have a place for boots, so you needed to carry them back to your room. We were lucky with the weather so could put and take off outside on the terrace. Not sure what would happen if it was snowing . Admittedly this is a very first world problem!!
The hotel was in an excellent location! I loved the outdoor jacuzzi + indoor jacuzzi and the heated pool. The staff was really nice! Everyone helped when needed. Highly recommend!!
The rooms are not of a high standard at all and are very simple with no investment. Whether it's a power outlet next to the bed or a more comfortable bed
