Great location. Ski in and ski out with outdoor hottub.
It's a bit dated in the lounging area.
Breakfast was very delicious - exceeded our expectation; pool and gym were also nicer than expected; the service at the bar was superb - great cocktails and good vibes. Beds are very comfortable. They packed us a breakfast to go on our last morning which was a nice touch.
Room was very simple, and to be honest was a bit disappointing (we even upgraded to deluxe rooms). When paying those amounts, we expected something different. Another surprise was the fact that during lunch times, ALL of the children ski schools from the area seem to come to that specific hotel for hot cocoa and snacks and pack up the lobby. This is not acceptable and was not pleasant (even though the staff tried to handle that). Last - on our checkout day, it seemed that someone added around 600 euros that did not belong to us. This thing should never, ever happen. It might be a mistake (and I believe it is), but I seldom find myself required to check the checkout bill - left us with a sour taste.

Fantastic location just 1 minute from the piste, so truly ski ing ski out.
The ski locker didn’t have a place for boots, so you needed to carry them back to your room. We were lucky with the weather so could put and take off outside on the terrace. Not sure what would happen if it was snowing . Admittedly this is a very first world problem!!
The hotel was in an excellent location! I loved the outdoor jacuzzi + indoor jacuzzi and the heated pool. The staff was really nice! Everyone helped when needed. Highly recommend!!
The rooms are not of a high standard at all and are very simple with no investment. Whether it's a power outlet next to the bed or a more comfortable bed
