My stay was affected by several areas that require attention to improve the guest experience.
Pros:

The view from my room and the L-shaped balcony were definite highlights of the stay. Room service was available, although I found it unusual that the food was served uncovered. I also appreciated that the hotel accommodated my late check-out request while I waited for my driver from Kathmandu, who arrived a few minutes late. The staff were polite and welcoming from check-in to check-out.

Cons:

However, there are several areas that require attention to improve the guest experience. Unfortunately, I did not sleep well during my stay. The balcony door could not be locked, which raised security concerns, particularly as a solo female traveller. Knowing that I was the only guest staying at the hotel that night made this even more unsettling.
The room also had numerous bugs buzzing throughout the night. I tried calling reception around 10:00 PM for assistance, but there was no answer. I later learned that the reception closes at approximately 9:30 PM. The hotel should consider fumigating the rooms regularly and providing insect spray for guests.
Housekeeping standards could also be improved. While I enjoyed the chicken meal I ordered, the mashed potatoes were disappointing and did not resemble traditional mashed potatoes in either texture or taste.
Overall, the property has potential due to its location, views, and affordability, but improvements in security, cleanliness, pest control, guest support like having an emergency number to call at night etc.

Mirador Excelente, habitación amplia, colchones súper acogedores, descanso reparador!! :-)

Nos atendieron muy bien, llegamos antes de la hora indicada y nos dejaron acceder a la habitación con una terraza preciosa, el amanecer lo puedes ver desde tu propia cama, las nubes en la temporada Abril no nos permitieron ver el Everest, pero ahí esta, imponente y maravilloso!! Cerca hay un mirador y tambien una cascada para ir a disfrutar y sumergirte en el trek, gracias.

Cons:

Hay muchos perritos en la zona y estuvieron ladrando hasta altas hora de la noche, yo los amo y son muy tiernos, me encantaría que familias, vecinos o gente del hotel los puedan adoptar para que no anden sueltos solitos por la calle y peliándose entre ellos sobre todo a la hora nocturna, para que todos podamos descansar.

Pros:

部屋のバルコニーから望む開けた眺望がとにかく最高でした！日の出も見えました。バルコニーには椅子とテーブルがあるので、コーヒーや紅茶を飲みながらのんびりできます。チェックインよりも早く着いてしましまいたが、快く迎えてくださいました。その節はありがとうございました…！黒くて大きくて可愛い犬も出迎えてくれました。レストランで白湯を出してくれたり、翌日の交通手段を気にかけてくれたりと、スタッフさんは親切でした。食事のメニューも豊富で、知らないネパール料理を頼んでみましたが美味しかったです。周辺は気持ちの良い散歩道に、ホテルがぽつぽつと建っています。のんびり滞在するのに最適です。もう一日くらい泊まりたかったな。

Cons:

強いて言えば、テラス席で食事できなかったのが残念でしたが、寒かったから仕方がないです。
