Pros:

Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Dalla nostra stanza c'era la visione della valle e delle montagne dell'Himalaya. Peccato che c'era la nebbia e purtroppo non abbiamo potuto vederle, ma vale ugualmente la pena soggiornare qui, sia per la posizione che per la gentilezza del personale, sempre disponibile e cordiale. Abbiamo chiesto se potevano ordinare un taxi e l'hanno fatto immediatamente, sempre col sorriso in bocca.

Overall a lovely experience
Pros:

The best place in Nagarkot that have the best view of the Himalayas. Total value for money. The breakfast was delicious and all the stuff is very polite and friendly.

My stay was affected by several areas that require attention to improve the guest experience.
Pros:

The view from my room and the L-shaped balcony were definite highlights of the stay. Room service was available, although I found it unusual that the food was served uncovered. I also appreciated that the hotel accommodated my late check-out request while I waited for my driver from Kathmandu, who arrived a few minutes late. The staff were polite and welcoming from check-in to check-out.

Cons:

However, there are several areas that require attention to improve the guest experience. Unfortunately, I did not sleep well during my stay. The balcony door could not be locked, which raised security concerns, particularly as a solo female traveller. Knowing that I was the only guest staying at the hotel that night made this even more unsettling.
The room also had numerous bugs buzzing throughout the night. I tried calling reception around 10:00 PM for assistance, but there was no answer. I later learned that the reception closes at approximately 9:30 PM. The hotel should consider fumigating the rooms regularly and providing insect spray for guests.
Housekeeping standards could also be improved. While I enjoyed the chicken meal I ordered, the mashed potatoes were disappointing and did not resemble traditional mashed potatoes in either texture or taste.
Overall, the property has potential due to its location, views, and affordability, but improvements in security, cleanliness, pest control, guest support like having an emergency number to call at night etc.
