Pros:

Staff behaviour is very good and friendly. Mr. Deep was extremely helpful and kind. Other staff was also humble and prompt.

Cons:

WC flush was giving problem, but was immediately repaired upon complain.

Very nice, clean and convenient place to stay in Nainital
Pros:

It’s clean, bright and pleasant. The 2bhk that we stayed in was very nice. The location is nice, very close to St John’s Church and the High Court.

Passable place, overall a let down
Pros:

- The location is about a 20 min walk from the central street and lake in Nainital
- It is fairly quiet around the hotel premises

Cons:

- The rooms are much smaller than indicated in the pictures
- The beds are smaller than an average queen size bed which made it uncomfortable
- They have NO ROOM SERVICE available even for a cup of tea/coffee
- The larger room has a kitchen space, but no pots, pans, plates or equipment to cook.
- The hotel team to manages the correspondence is lax and laid back
- They took for ever to send the tax invoices
- Overall, the place was a let down. There's a property within stones throw from this one which seemed more professional and cleaner.

Pros:

Stay was worth at Pinewood, booked after reading reviews at google and booking.com.
Staff was really good here, Deep the caretaker made us really comfortable I was with my family and they also appreciated Deep and team at Pinewood. Breakfast was 10/10. Overall if you are a couple or coming with family it's worth booking a stay here, they also help you with cab arrangement wherever required.
Only thing that was off is you can only get breakfast here and for lunch and dinner you need to go out or use Swiggy/Zomato.
Deep and Team thanks for being wonderful host please include lunch and dinner also you guys are doing a great job.

Pros:

Rooms are spacious and with 4 km from Main Market.

Cons:

There is no kitchen, so no food is available during Dinner or Lunch. The breakfast is not at par the tariff.The location is not reachable to market without conveyance. Food supplied by Zomato which charges higher than usual. The Wi- fi was not working within 2 bed rooms apartment and they cannot rectify the same till my departure. All lame excuses was ready. Please do not recommend as good property and value for money. I would request for 50% refund on Room tariff as it is not worth ₹ 19000 ( INR). As I am a regular customer of Booking.com I would request to look into the matter and get a refund of 50%. I have never complained during my association with Booking.com and the record says so. Please do look into the matter. Very disgusting .
