Everything. My boys had a great time at the pool and pardon the pun but also playing pool every day in the sports bar. So relaxing. Lots of great restaurants in the surrounding area too.
The pool facilities are great.
Terrible food at breakfast, and sports bar. Skip it. Go elsewhere. Only thing worth eating is bbq corn at pool.
We liked that you could go to Peninsula Bay or Beach. Breakfast was amazing and the staff fantastic!
Our room was very basic but clean. Very tiny and no hairdryer in room.
Жили на вилле от отеля, она находиться через дорогу минут 5 пешком идти. Вилла большая на мой взгляд, две спальни и гостиная с кухней, 2 ванные комнаты и 2 дополнительных туалета, есть вся посуда, холодильник, чайник, плита, стиральная машина, утюг, гладильная доска, фен, пляжные полотенца, много мест для хранения вещей и одежды. У виллы свой маленький бассейн, но он в тени деревьев и вода там прохладная. Одна спальня выходит на бассейн, там тихо, другая на дорогу , там бывает иногда шумно. У входа на виллы дежурит охрана.
Завтраки вкусные, хороший выбор блюд и местной кухни и европейской. Кофе,чай есть в чайнике. На территории отеля есть бассейн, маленький фитнес зал, спа и массаж, бары и ресторан. По вечерам караоке и иногда шоу с участием персонала отеля.
Персонал вежливый, понимающий
Не понравился пляж: он грязный, тина, водоросли, бытовой мусор. Вдоль берега плавает водный транспорт: скутеры, таблетки, бананы, лодки и прочие развлечения. Для плавания отделен маленький загон буйками, это очень грустно выглядит и неприятно. На фото у меня это не видно , к сожалению. Мы взяли машину в аренду и ездили на другие пляжи.
И самое главное: отель находится не на территории Нуса Дуа, а за ее пределами, это курорт Бенуа.

Please do not book stairwell accomadation it is one of the worst rooms you could have,it is small,pokey,no balcony it is just so uncomfortable,the management should be a shame to offer this room,the star rating is for the surrounding area of the hotel not the room, take my advice I stayed in this room for two weeks which was a big mistake, the staff is great, the facilities are great not this dump of a room

The beach is very tidal…often not deep enough to swim.

4 nachten gebleven geen propere handdoeken of lakens , zelfs toen ik pas toekwam zag je vlekken op de handdoeken en voor deze prijs verwacht je toch dat je alle dagen propere tassen krijgt maar nee ben het gaan melden en hún antwoord was je moet het zelf afwassen.ook geen glas om je mond te spoelen en geen haardroger of stopcontact in de badkamer

Spacious Villa, good breakfast
The Villa was not part of the resort, it was across the road and down a lane. You are not part of the resort and its a bit isolated. It was a very long walk for breakfast. You can ask for a shuttle but you dont expect that when you think you booked a resort, especially when you arrive from halfway around the world in the evening and you check in only to be put in a shuttle and drivend down a dark lane. It was very disouraging and confusing.
