Pros:

Es un hotel viejo pero para ir a dormir esta muy bien, camas cómodas, cerca tanto de Francia como san sebastián, tiene aparcamiento y aparte de tener restaurante hay otro cerca muy bueno.

Cons:

Mejoraría la decoración, algo más alegre.

Our stay was extremely disappointing and did not reflect the standard or price advertised.

Cons:

• Unacceptable noise levels from the terrace directly below our room, continuing well past midnight. Even with earplugs, sleep was impossible. We have recordings showing how loud it was inside the room.
• Cigarette smoke entering the room from guests smoking on the terrace. With no fan or air conditioning and temperatures over 20°C, we had no option but to keep the window open, which made the smoke issue unavoidable.
• Poor ventilation and uncomfortable room conditions, far below what should be expected for the rate charged.
• A large cockroach in the bathroom, which is completely unacceptable in paid accommodation and severely impacted our stay.

The combination of noise, smoke, lack of ventilation, and the cockroach made this stay far below the standard advertised. This experience was not worth the price, and we would not return.

Los croissants del desayuno. La ducha funciona bien

Cons:

Muy ruidoso. No se puede dormir hasta pasadas las 24horas por gente en el bar de abajo. Paredes de cartón con respecto a las otras habitaciones, se oyen todos los ruidos y es muy molesto. La puerta del baño ruidosa.
El señor que atiende amable, pero muy serio siempre. No lo recomendaría en general.
Los colchones muy incómodos y ruidosos también.

El sitio , la ubicación en medio de la naturaleza

Cons:

No tiene aire ni ventilador, olor desagradable en la habitación, no se podia dormir de las gentes que estaban abajo tomando , por que tenía la ventana abierta del calor , pasé dos noches sin pegar ojos

El lugar donde está el hotel es precioso, pero el hotel en sí está muy descuidado y sucio. Además, el hombre que trabaja allí o el propietario es muy desagradable y trata mal a los huéspedes. 😞

Pagar 90 € por una habitación en julio en esas condiciones de suciedad… pues no. Es una pena que no quieran mejorar nada para ofrecer una mejor experiencia a sus huéspedes.

Cons:

Había cucarachas y arañas en las habitaciones (reservamos 3 habitaciones), encontramos pelos en la cama y todo olía fuertemente a lejía, lo que intentaba ocultar la falta de limpieza.
