Pros:

El entorno, tranquilo apartado y una zona llena de naturaleza

Cons:

Las instalaciones en general, mala insonorizacion, muy antiguo y descuidado.
El personal no irradiaba precisamente hospitalidad.
Sin cobertura móvil, WiFi inestable, no pude trabajar desde la habitación.
La iluminación muy deficiente
Necesita un reforma urgente.

Cons:

Gedateerd hotel.Personeellid bar/receptie laat duidelijke merken dat hij er geen zin in heeft. Onverzorgd en totaal geen interesse.

Een.desolaat ontbijt zaal met zeer minimale verlichting, geen daglicht.

Plotseling water lekkage uit het luchtkanaal. Was van korte duur. Personeel ruimde snel weer op. Waren niet verbaasd, kennelijk een terugkerend issue.

En general todo,buena ubicación,cerca de todo lo que quería ver,,unas vistas preciosas, un hotel con encanto y sobre todo hay un bar arriba que se llama Toki Alai donde se Come muy bien, con un personal excelente,ah , también decir que la hija de un granadino que trabaja allí es estupenda

Ideal para visitar Donostia y alrededores si tienes coche. Pueblo muy tranquilo y con vistas espectaculares alrededor. Personal muy amable y atento.

Cons:

Las camas hacen un poco de ruido. En general, poco insonorizado con las habitaciones del vecinas. Aún así muy contenta.

Disappointed
Pros:

Good location for exploring, Netflix on TV.

Cons:

Very hard beds, moldy bathroom, loud night because walls are thin and everyone's doors seem to slam. Felt very expensive for what it was.
