Desepção e falta de respeito com o próximo!!!!
Pros:

Não sei dizer pq quando fui fazer o check-in não tinha nenhuma reserva no meu nome,e no app no Booking constava reserva confirmada,tive que sair e procurar outro hotel às pressas para não ficar na rua com minha família.
Por conta disso tive um gasto que eu não previa e comprometeu em muito meu orçamento da viagem,pq a cidade estava cheia e quase não achei acomodação disponível e com valores muito superiores do que eu tinha pago.
Pq o valor da reserva já foi debitado
