Nice hotel
Pros:

We were going to Olympic events and chose hotel as close to shuttle buses. Staff were friendly and hotel was near to restaurants and some shops. We had a room with one double and two singles as four of us travelling. Bathroom was very small and room slightly cramped due to the number of beds but it was comfortable and clean. Is a little walk from the train station. Breakfast was very nice.

Bathroom was little cramped.

Would stay again if in the region!
Pros:

Comfortable space and a delicious breakfast. The staff was helpful and kind as well. They also included a free bus/train pass for the region during our stay, which was quite helpful!

Cons:

A small maintenance issue with the shower when we first arrived, but it was immediately addressed and fixed when brought to the staff.

I want to stay again
Pros:

Nice and cozy hotel in one of the most amazing places on earth. Great to have breakfast included if you're not accustomed to the European way of breakfast. This place will not disappoint. Super close to the train station (you can walk and the bus stop is also very close).

Cons:

Language is a problem if you don't speak Italian or German (I think). We had trouble check in, we speak English and Spanish. But staff tried their best to give us our room and information about our stay.

Pros:

Frühstück sehr gut und reichhaltig , Zimmer sehr ruhig und Personal sehr freundlich . Gute Lage mit Tiefgarage ein paar Schritte entfernt. Sehr gutes Restaurant im Hotel.
