Really nice hotel but with poor services & quality
Pros:

The hotel looks nice, it is a big & beautiful hotel with really nice rooms. Some of the staff is smiling and there to help you anytime. BUT

Cons:

The services are really BAD !! Like a 2 star hotel.
The kitchen closes earlier that how it should.
The reception doesn’t help you at all
The cleaning is basically non existent and the lack of quality can be felt instantly.

Excellent stay
Pros:

Amazing hotel to stay on route to Tumpak Sequ Waterfalls. The Hotel overlooks rice fields which is a great view to wake up in the morning. The hotel also has pool area and amazing breakfast spread. The rooms are spacious and clean with hot water running.

The stuff called my room twice to inform me that my check out time is 12pm, I was aware of this 😅

Cons:

The electricity went off two times. They were host a event early in the morning in front of my room. I couldn’t sleep. Moreover, it is next to a train, which was super noisy. I had a steak which was badly cooked, almost rare

Cons:

Location is quite removed from city centre. Breakfast buffet and restaurant menu can have more options for dietary restrictions such vegan, gluten-free etc

Cons:

The room really wasn’t clean, especially the bathroom (hairs, lot of dust and dirty glass doors, etc). Also the area around the swimming pool doesn’t get cleaned a lot (cigarette buds and dirt) We asked a couple of times to clean the room, they came, but didn’t really clean. Would be a good hotel if they just cleaned a little more!
