Hotel je v krásnom prostredí , personál milý, jedlo super. Izba bola útulná, čistá
Škoda že wellnes je za priplatok
Ubytování skoro na samotě, na konci cesty. Klasický hotel, byla i možnost využít jejich relaxační místnost s bazénem. Snídaně i večeře vynikající. Ideální místo pro vyražení na túru nebo přespání na konci túry po okolí. Autobusová zastávka hned naproti hotelu.
Starší vybavení hotelu, V okolí hotelu nejsou žádné další možnosti vyžití (bary, restaurace,...).
Velmi příjemný a ochotný personál, vyváží postarší výbavení hotelu. Využili jsme hotelový bazén a wellness. Snídaně standardní, výborná káva.

Everything has been beyond expectations! Staff are polite and helpful. The room size is reasonable, cleane and quiet. The location of the hotel is perfect for hiking.

Very beautiful surrounding. Just one hour to the top of Javorníky mountain ridge. Very kind and willing staff. The buffet breakfast are on very high level for the price you pay. In the building is also a nice pool (manny times there were only us two in the pool), little fitness, ping-pong, bowling, sauna and hot tub.
The double room is really small and you don't have a comfortable place where to sit. Therefore watching TV isn't very enjoyable..

The facility has its glory years behind it with an offer mainly for guests staying for a long time.
The location of the hotel is excellent (almost at the end of the road, which is very fine, in terms of quality), the nature around is just breathtaking with great hiking opportunities (probably biking ones, too). Just a few hundred meters apart is a ski resort, so I'd say it might be a very pleasant stay during the winter period as well. The hotel has a big parking place right in front of it, which seemed sufficient for all guests (on arrival, we easily took one spot with two motorcycles).
As smokers, we truly appreciated the balcony (I'd say each room has one) and we liked the swimming pool (more like a leisure pool), which was free for hotel guests, and the spa consisting of sauna, hot-tub and "walking therapy" corner, all in one separate place (extra cost). Unfortunately, the relaxing corner is right next to a ping-pong table, so the two very different activities might conflict. In a similar fashion, there's a bowling alley and a billiard table, again, right next to each other, where we figured that a bowling party can be very loud, even unintentionally.
Lastly, we really liked Koliba Papradno (some 10 km apart), where we had a fantastic lunch for a very decent price, while watching local horses fool around and even kids riding one. Really a cheerful visit.
The hotel, in terms of availability of its personnel, pretty much shuts down at 8pm, so either you're aware and prepared for that (= you're equipped), or you're out of luck (e.g. if you want a beer or a cup of coffee or something to eat). This was quite an unpleasant finding especially on the ay of our arrival (at 7:30pm, during an electrical outage), as we weren't made aware of this fact (luckily, Hradistan Pizza & Pub saved our evening with a later-than-usual food delivery - thumbs up for that).
It was the same with wellness & pool premises, which was quite the pity, as I'd say an evening swim or a relaxing hour in a sauna a/o hot-tub would be perfect, especially after a day of hiking or exploring the countryside.
Also, I found out that hotel's free WiFi didn't fully reach top floor, which, combined with emergency-only signal availability for my cell provider (o2), made my attempts at some work with the computer close to impossible.
SoI'd say that it's the hotel's management, that needs to improve, as all the staff we encountered, was nice and helpful.
A perfect value for money. Very good location if you plan skiing or visiting Javorniks / Maple mountains. The hotel offers free parking, free swimming pool and tasty food in the restaurant, which is a good option for rainy days. The cost of stay will not surprise you.
The rooms are very comfy, with a balcony. A perfect place to charge your batteries.
