Kami dari pagi sampai sore terus diluar hotel. Praktis hotel hanya untuk tidur.
Pros:

Lokasi hotel ini sangat baik. Namun gambaran yang diberikan melalui foto tidak sesuai lagi dengan kenyataan. Hotel ini menjadi semacam hotel transit yang gersang. Tidak ada hijauan, seluruh patio - dimana semua kamar lantai bawah menghadap - dijadikan parkiran. Mobil penginap parkir di depan kamar, dan memberikan kesan panas. Kamar lantai atas - yang lebih mahal - tidak memiliki balkon, pintu masuk melalui gang gelap. Kamar terkesan tua dan minimalis, dengan perangkat tidur yang tidak fresh. Kamar mandi dan toilet tidak apik, dengan bekas renovasi yang tidak bagus, keramik lantai yang sangat licin, air panas lambat sehingga kita tidak gunakan. Kategori kamar yang kita sewa tidak ada ketel listrik untuk membuat teh atau kopi sendiri. Namun mungkin karena okupasi hotel sedikit sekali, kami dipinjamkan ketel listrik. Mungkin yang positif - bagi yang suka - adalah sarapannya yang khas Pasuruan: nasi dengan lauk yang boleh dikatakan baik. Karena diantar ke kamar, harus dibawa masuk, karena kalau dibiarkan di meja diluar kamar bisa disambar kucing.

Hotel yang direnovasi dengan seadanya, dengan gaya hotel transit yang gersang untuk orang-orang kerja. Yang mobilnya - a.l. mobil box - dapat diparkir di depan kamar. Layaknya hotel2 dipinggir jalan besar. Kamar mandinya yang direnovasi seadanya dengan lantai yang licin. Dan perangkat tempat tidur yang sudah lusuh.

Expensive for the quality but near to the train station
Pros:

This is one of the few hotels in town close to the train station which is why we booked it. The room was ready on arrival and we were located towards the back of the property so the room was quiet at night for sleeping.

Cons:

The room has lots of ants and other bugs. The bedsheets and pillowcases are all stained. The price is expensive for the quality and cleanliness of the room compared to what you are able to get elsewhere in Indonesia (this is the most expensive room we have booked during our stay so far in Sumatra and Java)
The room includes free breakfast but this was not discussed at check in, instead we were woken up at 7am to staff knocking on the door with a plastic tray of food and a tea - given the choice we would have rather carried on sleeping.

Heating kettle unavailable for superior deluxe rooms.
Pros:

Clean, staff helpful and nice

Cons:

I ordered superior deluxe rooms which is state in the facilities there is water heating kettle but actually for this type of rooms was unavailable.
Please revise the facilities for this room type.
