I booking this hotel because swimmingpool on top this hotel. But no water in swimmingpool, Disaster for my 10 day Holiday.
The only good part of this hotel was the pillow and bed. The family room which i booked had 2 double bed, which was very fluffy and very comfortable.
The location was ok for taking the bus to and from win wonder...walking distance to the night market...The owner (a guy at the reception, he claims he is the owner), was very helpful and spoke english very well. He guided us on where to take the bus to win wonder, food, etc....
Firstly, the female staff at the reception didnt speak a word of English, and was very rude.... even through the translation.... Had to use the phone to translate. The family room i got was not used regularly, i think, because, the bathroom was not cleaned properly, stains on the glass door, rust marks at the shower gel, shampoo stand, no refill of shower gel or syampoo until i requested. The sink and floor was not cleaned properly. The room itself did not have a window facing the sea....just a small window facing the wall....there is no family room facing the sea, it seems, but when I inquired from the hotel prior to my stay, the answer was YES. The tv was an old tv, had difficulty watching with my pendrive....most movies couldn't play...
The housekeeping did not clean the room daily, just replenished the water, towels and coffee/ tea...Definitely did Not clean the bathroom...
The breakfast was a disaster. Same food for 7 days of my stay.....even the fruits were same....no pastries....no butter...my family had to rely on bread and eggs for most of the days....the chicken. vegetables were all cooked the same style...the pool was closed due to some renovation...
none of the kitchen staff spoke a word of english....even if any condiments finish, it was not replenished....
Massive room. Pho breakfast was delicious. Reception area lounge is nice. Rooms were well cleaned during stay.
Didn’t look like the photos - the roof is really neglected and the pool is tiny. Breakfast buffet was often cold but pho was good. WiFi was unreliable and often stopped working in evenings.

The hotel is located in a good area for sightseeing and for swimming and for going to the night market.
The room for 4 persons is too small and lack of table and chairs. No window. A bit noisy in the early morning. Breakfast is very poor. No fresh milk for coffee.
The position was good.
The air conditioning didn't work in my room,I also booked this hotel because it has a pool but they told me it was closed and I couldn't use it because it was too small and to go to beach(the sea is full of jellyfish).
So if you're a planning to book here because it has a pool,just don't!
Half of the days of our stay the breakfast was quite satisfying, the location was very convenient, the room had fresh towels every day and was nicely done, the stuff was mainly kind.
The swimming pool on the roof was actually a large bath tub that no one ever used over the 12 days of our stay. The first half of our stay the breakfast was quite poor. We saw cockroaches a couple of times in the corridor and in our room. The stuff could hardly speak any English therefore communication was really difficult.
The rooms are really clean and I had a nice view of the beach with the sunset. The staff is super friendly.
The included breakfast is not as nice as on the photos it was fried rice, fried noodles and you could have egg as well. So still good just not what I expected. The pool is really dirty you can’t even see the bottom so I didn’t swim in it.
