Lovely little Boutique hotel in a peaceful location near beach
Pros:

Nice property in a great location only a few minutes walk to Khem beach which is a calm, clear clean beach, with plenty of shade from palm trees. Our room was lovely and spacious & had a comfy bed (I like the firm beds in Vietnam) “Corn”, the house golden Labrador was a delight, staff were always attentive & pleasant. Breakfast was ample with plenty of choice for us. Not many great eating places around (Phu Quoc isn’t known for its cuisine unlike the rest of Vietnam) Italian next door, but didn’t come to Vietnam for Italian, a string of average places along the beach & in Main Street, also a few better eating places 5 mins walk away in the “ghost town” we took a grab into “Sunset Town” most nights as there are many eating places there along waterfront & food market. We eventually worked out where the free double decker shuttle bus left from & took that as it’s pleasant on top with a breeze & views. (Leaves from outside Premier Suites)

Cons:

A little useful tourist information would have been useful, especially the correct location & name of the free shuttle bus. We did ask, however although staff tried their best, there seemed to be quite a number of trainees or new staff that were not familiar with the area? I would suggest a little basic map with helpful information is in rooms. I have screenshot the location & name of bus company & stop.

Gemütliches Zimmer, modernes Zimmer in Strandnähe
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sauber und gepflegt und sehr nah am Strand gelegen. Die Gegend ist eher ruhig, die Stimmung abends entspannt. Unser Zimmer war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber.

Cons:

Uns fehlte zumindest ein vollständiger Sichtschutz zur Toilette. Je nachdem, wo man steht, hilft die Wand leider auch nicht. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, das Buffet aber eher „eng“, sodass es hier kurz etwas unentspannt war.

Alojamento muito bom e próximo da praia
Pros:

Os quartos do hotel são bastante bons e modernos. Fica junto à praia.

Cons:

O primeiro quarto que me deram tinha mau cheiro, mas quando referi isso na recepção mudaram-me de quarto.

Super schönes Hotel am Khem Beach
Pros:

Das Hotel war wirklich super, sehr modern und schön eingerichtet. Das Personal extrem freundlich und zuvor kommend.
Das Zimmer war super aufgeteilt und toll ausgestattet uns hat somit an nichts gefehlt und das Hotel können wir somit nur weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Der Khem Beach ist an sich schön und das Hotel befindet sich wirklich nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß davon entfernt. Ansonsten ist aber die Ganze Gegen um den Strand eine riesige Geisterstadt. Hier wurden zig Häuser gebaut die zu 90% leer stehen..Die paar Restaurants die daher sind sind extrem überteuert und auch einfach nicht wirklich gut. Dafür kann aber das Hotel natürlich nichts.
