Das Personal am Empfang war freundlich

Cons:

Das gesammte Hotel stinkt nach Rauch, die Zimmer sind extrem in die Jahre gekommen und leider nicht sehr gepflegt. Wir hatten ganz viele kleine Fliegen im Zimmer und uns allgemein nicht wohl gefühlt. Der Kellner am Abend hatte leider auch nicht sehr viel Lust zu arbeiten (wir haben spät gegessen, dennoch finde ich wäre ein freundliches Lächeln schön gewesen)

Schönes Hotel mit freundlichen personal
Pros:

Ich war drei Tage in diesem Hotel und insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

Das Hotel ist eigentlich vor allem für Hochzeitsfeiern bekannt, aber der Preis für die Übernachtung inklusive Frühstück war unschlagbar – deshalb habe ich mich für das Amazona Hotel entschieden.

Die Lage ist sehr gut: ruhig, aber dennoch direkt am Zubringer zwischen Mitrovica und Prishtina.

Die Ausstattung hat mir gut gefallen. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Betten waren für meinen Geschmack etwas zu hart.

Das Personal war extrem nett und freundlich – besonders hervorheben möchte ich Shpetim sowie einen Kellner mit dem Nachnamen Berisha.

Das Essen war lecker und zudem preislich sehr fair.

Von mir auf jeden Fall eine klare Weiterempfehlung

Cons:

Die Betten etwas zu hart und Fenster nicht dicht genug so das nachts war es laut.

Sie waren am Renovieren, und der Eingang war dementsprechend beeinträchtigt.
In der Nacht stand plötzlich ein Securitas-Mitarbeiter in meinem Zimmer und sagte, er habe nicht gewusst, dass das Zimmer besetzt war!
Am Morgen um 7 Uhr musste ich wegen meines Fluges pressieren, doch an der Rezeption war niemand zum Auschecken.

Wie waren nur eine Nacht da, für diese eine Nacht war alles gut.

Es war sauber und die Zimmer schön ausgestattet.

Es gab einpaar Dinge die man ersetzen sollte weil die nicht gut funktionierten.

Gutes Hotel für Hochzeitsfeiern
Pros:

Grosse Gartenanlage mit viel Schatten, Restaurant des Hotels war gut, Rezeptionist war hilfsbereit

Cons:

Hotel riecht nach Rauch,
im Sommer hört man die Feiern im Zimmer,
Rezeptionist hatte am Morgen verschlafen, weshalb wir fast den Bus verpasst hätten

Hotel Sale! A eviter!!!
Cons:

Chambre vetuste et surtout tres tres sale. La chambre etait soit disant nettoyée ce qui n'etait pas la cas du tout. Les draps, les edredrons et peignoirs etaient sales. Et nous n'etions pas les seuls a avoir une chambre sale. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hotel.

Les espaces verts extérieurs sont très agréables mêmes si il est dommage qu' il n' y ait pas de chaises longues

Cons:

Le personnel était pour certains très aimables, d' autres presque méprisants.
Au restaurant, les plats étaient joliment présentés mais le goût sans finesse.
Lors de la location, nous n' avions pas èté prévenus qu' il y aurait 4 réception ce soir là, dont un mariage à l' étage en dessous avec du bruit jusqu' a très tard et l' impossibilité de dormir.
Moisi dans le frigo de la chembre. Tablettes déficientes dans la salle de bain. Une bouilloire mais sans la partie électrique donc inutilisable....
Ne mérite pas quatre étoiles
