We had an absolutely perfect stay at Hotel Amazona in Pristina. We booked 13 rooms, and every single one was spotless, comfortable, and well-prepared. Everything worked perfectly, and it was clear that the hotel takes great pride in maintaining a high standard.

The breakfast was excellent every morning, with a great selection and fresh food. What truly made our stay special, however, was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help.

A very special thank you to Ardian, Shpetim, Avni, and Arton for their exceptional service. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our group.

We highly recommend Hotel Amazona to anyone visiting Pristina and will definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our trip such a wonderful experience!

A very special thank you goes to Ardian and Argnit. They took outstanding care of us throughout our stay and seemed to anticipate our every wish. Their warm hospitality, exceptional service, and excellent language skills made our stay truly special.

Great stay for a wedding
Pros:

We stayed at the hotel to attend a friend's wedding taking place there. We enjoyed the spacious, quiet and bright room that had everything we needed and more. Staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour son efficacité, et plus particulièrement à Shpejtim pour sa gentillesse, son professionnalisme et sa bonne humeur, il a été formidable ! Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel à l'occasion d'un mariage célébré sur place , tout était super et nous avons passé une excellente soirée.

Le rapport qualité-prix est au top, tout comme le petit déjeuner qui est top, varié et délicieux. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
