Super séjour !
Pros:

Tom est adorable et aux petits soins, nous avons partagé une journée de visite avec lui c’était génial.
La réactivité du service de ménage.
La vue et la piscine, exceptionnel !!

Cons:

Les massages sont très chers, le rapport qualité prix est très décevant.
Le rapport qualité prix du restaurant est lui aussi un peu décevant, mais on ne peut pas vraiment manger aux alentours donc c’est utile d’avoir le restaurant dans l’hôtel.

Cons:

The food was absolutely terrible. Everything i ate was old meat or undercooked. I tried the pork twice and it came out dry and unedible. Breakfast was okay. Just not good variety and no flavor. Very tasteless

An absolutely beautiful stay in Pu Luong, surrounded by the most amazing views and lush greenery.The staff were warm, welcoming and incredibly helpful ensuring that our stay was memorable.The natural pool was a wonderful addition. The homestyle food was so delicious. A lovely to slow down and reconnect with nature. Highly recommended!

La vue était magnifique et les sorties avec Tom étaient de qualité Les repas sont excellents.

Cons:

Les chambres ont besoin d'être rénovées: installations électriques, matelas .A part cela très bon séjour.

Magnifique endroit
Pros:

La vue est exceptionnelle. La piscine est très agréable et très jolie. L'endroit est propice à la détente. Le personnel est très accueillant. Le gérant nous a organisé une journée de visite parfaite. Le restaurant est très bon. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux. Les chambres sont confortables.
Nous avons vraiment passé un séjour exceptionnel.

Cons:

petite faute de gout pour la rénovation du plafond de la chambre. Le beau plafond en bois a été remplacé par un plafond en plastique.

Our best experience in Vietnam
Pros:

The service was incredible from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were offered welcome snacks and given a detailed explanation of everything, including the excursions they offer.
Tom is very friendly, and we decided to go on one of the excursions with him. Without a doubt, that was the best decision of our entire stay, as it completely transformed our experience there. Being able to visit specific areas, learn how fabric is made, and share a meal with a local family—these are things that would be impossible to do on one's own. Tom was providing incredibly detailed explanations and answering all our questions about the culture and their way of life.
Otherwise, the room was excellent and we really liked it. It’s a shame we couldn’t enjoy the pool because it was undergoing maintenance.
We will recommend this accommodation to anyone traveling to Vietnam!

INMEJORABLE
Pros:

Las vistas desde el alojamiento lo son TODO. Además, la habitación estaba limpísima y muy cuidada. El personal intenta ayudarte en lo máximo posible
