Pros:

El desayuno muy bien. Abundante fruta y variado. Vistas y ubicación. Gerente a la escucha y dispuesto a ayudar.

Cons:

Me gustaría hacer comentarios con un objetivo constructivo y que inviten a la mejora del establecimiento sin que nadie se vea ofendido.
El principal problema observado es el mantenimiento de las instalaciones. Las habitaciones necesitan ser remozadas ( manchas de humedad en las paredes...). Los jardines de alrededor de la piscina, invadidos por la naturaleza. La parte inferior de escaleras repleta de toda suerte de objetos. Las paredes de la piscina no han visto un cepillo en su vida. Yo sé que hubo tormenta, pero el agua era clara y las paredes no.
Igual habría que plantearse reinvertir en el establecimiento porque las cosas se deterioran si no se hace nada.
Podemos buscar toda suerte de excusas si no hay intención de cambiar.
En fin, no quiero menospreciar el trabajo de su gerente y todos los trabajadores que seguro intentan hacer lo mejor, pero debieran implicarse más en las tareas de mantenimiento.

Прекрасный отель, хороший номер, прекрасные завтраки, шикарные виды, ощущение уюта. Бассейн с прекрасным видом. Смело рекомендуем отель, это действительно незабываемое впечатление. Не хотелось уезжать, невероятные виды и уют нас покорили.

Небольшие недостатки в уборке, например: слой пыли в шкафу, но это никак не повлияло на общее впечатление.

Gorgeous view with clean rooms and the best staff ever. Good food too.
Pros:

Incredibly friendly staff. Our host met us at 3am after our car was cancelled and we had to find a different ride. He carried our bags to our room and brought a fruit place with juice to our room. He allowed us to go straight to bed and allowed us to checkin the next morning after we were rested. Showed us some sights to go see around town and arranged a scooter rental for us.

De ligging is prachtig! Echt heel mooi gelegen, prachtig uitzicht.
De wandeling door de rijstvelden is leuk om te doen en een kijkje nemen in weavers village waar je leert over het traditionele weven. Ook de watervallen zijn tof!

Cons:

Er is best wel wat achterstallig onderhoud (veel mos/ aanslag in het zwembad, de roosters van zwembad rand die kapot zijn, spullen/ afval dat wat ligt te slingeren). Het bed waar wij in lagen was ook heel erg hard en kraakte ongelofelijk. Maar echt heel luid. We hebben zeker een prima verblijf gehad, door de locatie/ ligging, maar er zijn dus wel verbeterpunten.
Een bezoekje aan het acient house zou ik overslaan, dat voelde een beetje als een tourist trap. Bamboo rafting klinkt wat spectaculairder dan het was :) wel tof om een keer op zo’n bootje te zitten (echt mooi om te zien hoe het gemaakt is), omgeving is prachtig, maar je vaart letterlijk 500 meter om dan steentjes te gaan gooien in het water om vervolgens weer om te keren.
