Pros:

Das Personal war freundlich. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Die Sitzmöglichkeiten auf dem Balkon waren gemütlich in diesem traditionellen Haus.

Cons:

Kein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer. Das Frühstück war spärlich und nicht angemessen für den Preis. Das schöne Haus und Grundstück wirkt vernachlässigt.

Pros:

Hotel muy acogedor. El personal, profesional, atento, amable, y siempre dispuesto a ayudar en cualquier necesidad. Habitación muy amplia, y muy limpia. La limpieza diaria, exhaustiva y bien hecha. Todo perfecto. Un lugar muy recomendable.

Cons:

A la hora de pedir el el desayuno debería ser más claro que es lo que hay disponible. Es solo una sugerencia y ninguna crítica. Esto no es una crítica negativa.
Nosotros desayunamos muy bien todos los días, muy bien atendidos.

Pros:

Location, breakfast, friendly staff, nice gardens

Cons:

The pool was not very clean so we chose not to swim in it. Also the 4 sun beds were in a state of disrepair. We stayed in the double room and inclusions were not accurately reflected in room details when booking. There was no coffee/tea making facilities in the room fridge or safety deposit box.

Een vies insectenhotel
Pros:

De omgeving is mooi

Cons:

VIES!!!! Overal insecten, een mierenkolonie in beide kamers. Lekkende kraan, veel geluid van honden/hanen en verkeer. Er zitten geen ramen in, alleen kapot kippengaas. Alles vliegt zo naar binnen. Geen koelkast op de kamer, en ook geen wifi.

Wonderful stay!
Pros:

The views from our room were beautiful (as in the photos). The staff were all incredibly sweet. The food we had was very nice too. The rooms were cleaned every day and fresh water too!
Loved our stay, thank you!

Cons:

It needs a lot of care and attention in places, sun beds are falling apart and not really usable.

I would stay here again and look forward to it.

The owner and staff were exceptional. There were a couple of minor snafu's but they were addressed immediately and fixed.

Pros:

Only realized that the room had no aircon or fan upon arrival. However a standing fan was provided on our request. We did not spend time in our room during the day so we would not know whether the standing fan was adequate or not. However the room felt cool in the evenings and night, and the fan was on low speed only. We slept well. Staffs were pleasant and friendly. A simple and healthy breakfast was provided daily.

Pros:

Old indonesia vintage vibe. It was sooo nice. We loved sitting on the balcony on the second floor looking out the view to the pool. The rooms were big and bathroom is newly renovated and clean. The food at the restaurant was also good!

Cons:

At night you can hear the karaoke down the street but this stops before midnight.

Fantastic and I would highly recommend!
Pros:

This place is fantastic and I would highly recommend staying here. Great rooms that were very clean. Great pool and restaurant. The staff are lovely. The location is a little out of town but that is actually really nice as it was quiet and peaceful. The staff are lovely and very helpful. Awesome banana pancakes and good food. Great for kids and we had a room connected to theirs which was great.

Terrific interesting location.
Pros:

This destination is fascinating and worth the considerable trouble to get there.

Cons:

They precharge your card very early and it is then non refundable even though it is very uncertain you will be able to reach this city. The airport is often closed due to fog, luckily we were able to change our flight to Palopo and take a two hour taxi to get there. The food is soso.

Really nice pool.
The breakfast and dinner were very nice. The rooms are big and the shower is great.
We didn't miss the airconditioning at all.
