Pros:

The hotel has a beautiful location with great views of the mountains. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere felt cozy and relaxing.

Cons:

For the price I paid, I expected a bit more attention to details. For example, it would have been nice if the water in the room was refilled daily and if more pillows were available.

Bei Anreise mussten wir 45 Minuten warten bis wir abgeholt wurden. Online Check in funktioniert nicht. Gästekarte wurde erst auf Nachfrage ausgestellt. Angaben in Booking.com sind scheinbar nicht korrekt. Unsere Inputs interessierten die Empfangsdame nicht. Wir fühlten uns nicht willkommen.

Cons:

Perfekt zum Entspannen in bester Lage

Ein wunderschöner, ruhiger und sehr angenehmer Ort zum Ausruhen. Direkt neben einer der wichtigsten Gondelbahnen gelegen. Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr komfortables Zimmer und ein sehr gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Eigentlich nichts Negatives. Wenn überhaupt ein kleiner Punkt: Beim Frühstück lief das Radio mit Nachrichten. Mir persönlich hätte etwas mehr Ruhe gefallen – reine Geschmackssache.
