Pros:

Hamam was great. We loved the room design & the bed was super comfortable

Cons:

On the last day we were a bit late (ca 15 minutes) with checking out & the staff was very rude about it. The reception guy came to our room & told us off in a very unpleasant way

Location is perfect : across Latin Bridge/City Hall, old town and museums ( museum of genocide and crimes against humanity nearby is a must). The hotel itself is beautiful, the staff excellent, knowledgeable, so helpful, so polite. The Hamam is small yes but really beautiful and great for relaxing (check men and women hours). The included breakfast is delicious. The little welcome drink on the dresser is so good too.

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind. Everything perfect, just a word of caution : shower only has a half glass partition so one needs to be careful not to splash everywhere when showering. That’s really not a big deal.

Enjoyable and great location.
Pros:

Hotel was lovely, with sherbat drink waiting for us in our room which was a nice touch. Staff very helpful.
Had a treatment at the hamam and it was superb, very well done with time and consideration taken. So relaxing towards the end of our holiday.

Lovely place in the heart of Sarajevo
Pros:

Great location, in the centre but on the quiet side, few minutes over the bridge to busy downtown. Its lovely building w with lots of history, built on traditional public bathhouse in 1462 , it stands as the only functioning traditional hamam in Sarajevo. To preserve its 500-year legacy, the hotel is adorned with hand-carved furniture inspired by Ottoman motifs! Wonderful breakfast and great vibes provided by the attentive female owner, her daughter and her brother. We also really enjoyed the hamam and amazing massage by the in-house professional, Mozgaan.

Cons:

Our room was on ground floor and the only window facing the street where car were parking or waiting with running engine throughout each night.

bon emplacement ,bel hotel confortable avec son point maximum le petit hammam .

Cons:

le petit déjeuner très juste et vraiment minimaliste par rapport à un hôtel 4 étoiles
on dirait qu'on est rationnalisés, par exemple à 2 on nous propose un seul fruit
et le service à table peut être bien si les parts proposées sont satisfaisantes.

Room felt lovely, intimate vibe about the small boutiqeness of the hotel. The half millenia history oozes from the placw. Breakfast was great, staff was really friendly, both at the restaurant, hammam and hotel. Hammam experience with peeling was amazing!

Cons:

Room was a little smaller than expected, generally the hotel is a smaller scale than the photos suggest. Bathroom seemed a bit outdated. AC was loud, but not botheringthe hammam was quite small, but staff was great!

Pros:

Letto confortevole, ben aereato. Struttura molto bella e particolare. Il servizio spa è stata la chicca, la ragazza che mi ha effettuato il massaggio e lo scrub tradizionale è stata gentilissima e professionalmente molto brava.

Cons:

Mancano alcuni dettagli di comfort ma nel complesso non importerebbe, forse un po' troppo alto il prezzo.

De locatie is vlak bij het centrum. Dat was top.

Cons:

Jammer dat we niet van tevoren wisten dat het betaald parkeren was op een openbaar terrein.
En dat de hamman na 7 uur 's avonds niet meer open is. Wel apart te boeken, maar tegen een flinke betaling van minimaal 75 euro.
