Colazione eccezionale - staff gentilissimo - fascino dell'hotel (purtroppo non ho avuto il tempo di provare l'hamam)

nulla (forse sarebbe utile qualche bottiglia di acqua in camera visto che non c'è il frigobar, però c'era un ottimo digestivo offerto)

The location could not have been better. It was very easy to get around everywhere. The hammam was beautiful, although the hours were somewhat limited. I had one of the best massages I have ever experienced, and I have had a lot. The price was very reasonable.

Cons:

I was somewhat surprised to find out that the bed had no sheet on it. We did find some blankets in the closet to use, which was fine. It was just disconcerting. However, the bed was comfortable.

Gyönyörű szálloda. Mintha az ezeregy éjszaka meséi elevenedtek volna meg. Minden szinte karnyújtásnyira van.

Cons:

Bár kérdésemre jelezték, hogy a szálloda nem rendelkezik saját parkolóval, de mindenben segítenek. Azt nem mondták, hogy a szállodától kb. 100 méterre lévő parkolóba fognak irányítani, ahol óránként 3,5 KM-t kell fizetni. Így a parkolásom 09.04. 13:50 - 09.06. 08;00-ig 150 KM (75 €) volt. Aki autóval megy erre számítson. Ez sajnos nagyon kellemetlen volt.

disappointed .. not worthy of 4 stars.. very dark gloomy room, no outside area .. couldnt use the spa as women and men have separate times our check in was 4pm and so the mens allocated time in the spa finished at 2pm ... we were told we could use the spa after 7pm for 70 euros .. we declined

Very pleasant stay in comfortable hotel with helpful staff

The hotel is well located, away from the main drag, which is, in my opinion, a good thing. The room was nicely furnished, with solid good looking furniture. It was quiet. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was good.

Free breakfast that was really good. They had a huge spread that they gave you every morning. The location was awesome and right across from the old city.

Bookings made it seems like the airport transfer for free but it was not. you should know that the airport transfer is 20 euros.
