A gem in the middle of Sarajevo, we’ll be coming back
Pros:

Excellent central location with friendly staff and comfortable rooms.

Cons:

The hamam could be somewhat clearer on when appointments for massages start (might just be a cultural difference on punctuality!)

Gutes Frühstück, Rest unterirdisch schlecht
Pros:

Eines der besten Frühstücke der gesamten Reise durch Bosnien, und schicke Holzmöbeleinrichtung, leider durchgelegene Matratzen und sehr heiss im Zimmer.

Cons:

Leider gab es keine Hotelparkplätze, so dass wir quasi „schwarz“ vor dem Hotel parken mussten, glücklicherweise gab es kein Ticket. Noch blöder war allerdings die Touristenabgabe, die nach Übernachtung nur bar akzeptiert wurde, mit der Begründung dass sie das nicht digital kassieren dürften - merkwürdigerweise ging das in allen anderen Hotels der Reise problemlos digital. Unschönes Ende der Reise, wenn man grad ganz bewusst das lokale Geld komplett ausgegeben hat und dann nochmal Abhebegebühren zahlen muss. Das Hotel bekommt von uns absolut keine Empfehlung!

A warm welcome in Sarajevo
Pros:

The staff are so kind and helpful. In addition, the rooms have a real charm, and the hammam can be a great way to relax when it’s working. Also, they do a spectacular breakfast. I have stayed here a number of times, and it’s a place I really love in Sarajevo. Great location, 1 minute from the Latin Bridge.

Cons:

Not being able to stay indefinitely.

Lovely Hotel. Everything was walking distance. Staff from Reception to Kitchen Staff was very friendly and helpful and made us welcome. Helped us a lot with questions we need help with mainly finding stuff in the local area. Breakfast was so different and wonderful. Really enjoyed the food. Room was also really nice. Hopefully will make another visit soon. Thank you for everything

Un séjour mémorable et une ambiance unique!
Pros:

L'emplacement est excellent, très près de la vieille ville. Le petit déjeuner est fabuleux et le personnel à l'accueil et au petit déjeuner est vraiment attentif à tous nos besoins. La chambre est très propre et la décoration de même que le mobilier sont magnifiques et très soignés.

Cons:

Le stationnement peut être plus compliqué, il est proche de l'hôtel mais aucune place n'est garantie. Nous avons eu de la chance car nous étions hors saison.

Best hotel in Sarajevo. Nice and spacious rooms, excellent location, Amazing breakfast. Friendly and really helpful staff.
