Really enjoyed the place
It's a beautiful renovated historical building, in a perfect location right next to the old town, very helpful staff
Stayed for four nights in August 2026 as part of a trip around the Balkans. Wonderful welcome received from reception staff who remained friendly and informative throughout our stay and would politely field any questions asked. Our room was well sized with an entrance hall, two full length windows and fantastic air conditioning. The room included a large, comfortable bed, ample storage, a safe, complimentary tea and coffee and a good sized fridge. The room was impeccably cleaned daily. Excellent free Wi-Fi was also included. The location is great, situated a minute’s walk from the Latin Bridge and the start of the Old Town area with lots of varied restaurants, bars and shops in the surrounding neighbourhood. Access to the hotel spa was also included and a very welcome break after long days in the summer heat. The breakfast was first class – a traditional Turkish selection including homemade jams and the breakfast team staff were among the very best I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They were interested in us and couldn’t do enough to help. An absolute credit to the hotel who put a smile on our faces at the start of every day. Management were also very friendly and accommodating. I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending. A great value hotel in a wonderful location.

Stayed in a very large and spacious room which we liked. Hotel is very quiet which we also liked.
Reception staff were just “meh” and were not over friendly. We stayed in 2019 and absolutely loved it but the hotel is looking a little “tired” as little has changed (if anything) since then.
Isa Begov Hamam Hotel is located just a stone’s throw from the Latin Bridge, right in the heart of Sarajevo.
You will be enchanted by the hotel’s authentic Ottoman atmosphere. Once a historic hammam, the building was completely and beautifully restored a few years ago.
The tastefully decorated rooms transport you back to the time of the Ottoman Empire. Guests also enjoy complimentary access to the hammam, while the other spa treatments—well worth experiencing—are available at very reasonable prices.
The rich Turkish breakfast is another highlight, featuring delicious homemade cured meats, local cheeses, and wonderful homemade jams prepared by the hotel’s owner, Bahar.
During my stay, I truly felt like a sultana.
What makes this hotel truly exceptional, however, is its greatest treasure: its people. The warm, kind, and genuinely caring staff do not treat you as just another guest—they make you feel almost like a member of their family.
I would especially like to thank the gentlemen at the reception, the housekeeping staff, the wonderful Bahar, her daughter Hazal, who brings sunshine to every breakfast, the team at the hammam, and above all, the massage therapist Mozghan, whose hands truly feel heaven-sent.
I wholeheartedly recommend staying at Isa Begov Hamam Hotel, and I am certain that I will return.

Blinking light in the room while sleeping
Sehr zentrale Lage ohne im Trubel der Altstadt direkt zu stecken. Gebührenpflichtiger Parkplatz 1 min vom Hotel entfernt. Zimmergröße gut ebenso Bad mit Dusche. Frühstück sehr schön gedeckte Tische mit vielen schmackhaften Kleinigkeiten von süß bis salzig. Bedienung sehr freundlich und herzlich. Gute Klimaanlage.
Parkplatz in der Nähe recht teuer (3,5 KM/h).
