Estancia extremadamente sucia e incómoda.

Todo, decir que estaba sucio,descuidado y obsoleto es quedarse extremadamente corto, sabíamos cómo iba a estar la condición de la habitación porque desde nuestra llegada ya teníamos los zapatos pegados al piso de toda la mierda que había, todo tenía esa sensación pegajosa y de suciedad, además de que todas los muebles contaban con una película de polvo de hacía semanas por lo menos.

Tampoco cuentan con smart TV, todo muy anticuado y sin el mínimo cuidado, en cuanto al baño si podéis llevaros jabón mejor porque incluso el dispensador de jabón estaba roto.

La cama excesivamente incómoda…

Además que desde el check in todo mal, nadie hablaba inglés, flipante, no les pedíamos español ni poco más, inglés en un hotel cercano al aeropuerto.

Se turnaban entre ellos para medio entender lo que les decíamos hasta que por fin trajeron a un menor para que medio pudiera entender mis preguntas….

Resumen: estancia terrorífica y sucia.

Pros:

The staff was super helpful every single morning to facilitate my journey in Sarajevo. They ve just been amazing. It was one of the most helpful staff I've ever met as wheelchair traveler

Amazing quality for the price
Most convenient location in town for what I have to do

Cons:

The room was said accessible on booking but the entrance is not and the bathroom is small
The bed was not the most comfortable kind
