Pros:

I had a truly wonderful stay thanks to the warm hospitality of Durgesh. From the very beginning, he made me feel welcome and at home. He was always attentive, kind, and ready to help with anything I needed. His care and friendliness added so much comfort to my stay, and I am deeply grateful for his generosity and thoughtfulness. A total disappointment — overpriced, unhygienic, and completely lacking in basic services.

Cons:

I had a very unpleasant experience during my stay at this hotel. The rooms were absolutely filthy — stains were visible all over the place, including the chairs and curtains. It was shocking to see such poor hygiene standards, especially when you’re paying nearly ₹19,000 for just 2 days.

To make things worse, there was no water in the washroom. I repeatedly requested the hotel staff to provide water, but they simply refused to help and showed no sense of responsibility or basic hospitality. I was traveling with my family, and we faced a lot of inconvenience and discomfort because of this.

The overall service was pathetic — I’ve received better treatment in hotels that charge less than ₹5,000 for two days. There was no room cleaning during our stay and zero customer service. This place is completely mismanaged and not at all suitable for families.
I genuinely regret booking this hotel. Please don’t waste your hard-earned money here — there are far better options at a much lower price. Avoid at all costs!
