A basic hotel, with a few issues, in a great location
Pros:

The location is superb; overlooking the main promenade. There was always something to see from the balcony. The room was fine. Basic but did the job. The air conditioning was efficient. The members of staff on reception were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the resort.

Cons:

I had expected the hotel to overlook the beach but instead it was above a small marina for tour boats. There was a short walk, either left or right, to the beach. Neither beach was particularly desirable. They were both pebbly and there was quite a lot of litter.
The hotel is in a very noisy spot. The large tourist boats turn into night clubs with loud music until late at night. We needed to sleep with earplugs.
There are absolutely no facilities at the hotel. Reception is tiny (like a money exchange bureau). There is a lift to a corridor with rooms off it. To be fair, this didn’t really matter but it’s quite different from what I’ve experienced elsewhere. It feels very budget.
We had to complain about the room cleaning. The cleaner left the doors to our balcony open after leaving, seemingly to air the room. This didn’t feel secure to us as there were various other balconies close by. The room cleaner also forgot to empty our bathroom bin for two days which is really not acceptable with their bathroom customs.

Pros:

The location of the property is very convenient. There are lots of shops, restaurants, activities close by. The staff at the hotel were very kind and helpful. The room was clean.

Cons:

The a/c was not working properly over the entirety of the stay. The music from the bars and restaurants can go until very late at night.

Sijainti hyvä, illalla paljon ääniä, mutta ovi hiljensi hyvin. Huone pienehkö mutta siisti. Hyvä vastine rahalle. Henkilökunta ystävällinen. Parkkipaikka edessä.

All the facilities were excellent, the accommodation was wonderful, and the location was perfect.

I would also like to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to Ms. Alma for her kindness, professionalism, warm smile, and excellent service throughout my stay. She truly made the experience even more enjoyable.

I would also like to thank her colleague, whose name I unfortunately do not know, for being equally kind, friendly, and helpful.

Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely visit again and stay in the same place. Thank you all for your hospitality and outstanding service.

Super recomendo, linda vista e quarto grande.
Pros:

Tudo, quarto grande com uma vista linda do mar e da orla, atendimento maravilhoso pela Alma, que Deus dicas de restaurantes e praias que valeu muito a pena. Localização perfeita para caminha em Sarande e perto de ponto de ônibus. Foi melhor do que esperado.

Tolles Hotel, Preis/Leistung top. Zwar kein Frühstück dabei aber vorm Hotel kann man sich für 150 Lek ein Baguettes

Die Lage war phänomenal. Wir haben jeden Moment genossen. Man hat sich n bissel gefühlt wie in Monaco.

Cons:

Abends ist es auf Grund der Lage schon etwas lauter. Wir kommen aus Berlin und für uns war es vollkommen okay. Schließt man die Balkontür, ist alles schick.

Pros:

Vue absolument superbe, en plein centre de saranda. Très animé. Balcon pour apprécié la vue. Gentillesse du personnel et place de parking réservé
