My room had a noticeable mouldy smell. I informed the housekeeping staff, who also acknowledged the issue. They responded promptly and arranged for the air conditioning unit to be cleaned. While the smell improved immediately afterward, it returned a few hours later, suggesting that the air conditioner may not be the root cause. This issue likely requires further investigation.

Unfortunately on arrival the floor and facilities were filthy and so bad it left black marks on the white bedding from walking without shoes but thankfullly a lovely girl mopped and cleaned it for us the next day

Very stressful stay instead of a relaxing short holiday

Cons:

Air conditioning was not working and was not even mentioned when checking in. Phone calls were not answered promptly to update on A/C. Breakfast and porter were booked the night before for our early checkout & there was no porter nor breakfast delivered to our room. Communication to guests was very poor. We chose Sofitel to relax and enjoy a comfortable few days but instead was stressful and an uncomfortable experience. Payment for our stay was taken promptly yet service rendered was pathetic. We deserve a better reimbursement rather than F$200 credit that was given. A 5 star resort like yours should better look after their guests. Very disappointed with Sofitel.

The best place to stay on Nadi!
Pros:

There was such a warm welcome from the team, was a brilliant way to start the stay! Thought the food was superb, loved that they give out complimentary drinks around the pool. Truly one of the best places to stay in Nadi.

Cons:

Not entirely sure if you tip on card that it goes to the staff.

Location was excellent ,breakfast super variety to eat and enjoy

Cons:

Members are only allowed in adult swimming pool was no clear communication no value for paying high rate and can not allowed to use all facilities.
Need close door inside bathroom so that when showering water doesn’t go into the toilet area

Relaxing luxury vocation with fabulous cuisine and cocktails
Pros:

Fabulous buffet breakfast, the main pool was closed for renovations but the adult pool was very good. Fabulous restaurants and cocktails

Cons:

That the aircon broke down for 6 hours and was very noisy. I had to wear air plugs at night.
