A perfectly peaceful peice of paradise :)
Pros:

Adults only pool and restaurants were so relaxing and just a short stroll from the adults only rooms section of the hotel. Very quiet and very peaceful.

Mixed - the kids had a good time and the bazaar restaurant was very kind and accommodating… but the pool area was stress

Staff at the bazaar restaurant, the comfortable beds, pillow shop, buffet breakfast and chefs, our kids enjoyed the waterslides

It was hectic in the resort,

On two nights there were weddings right outside our room - music played until after 10pm. For the second wedding, the music registered 70 decibels IN my room at one point… it was so loud and very difficult to sleep - especially with our early flight the next day.

The beach was sort of swampy - not the Fiji I was expecting

none of the restaurants (apart from Bazaar) could cater to my and my daughter’s gf df dietary requirements,

the pool was very stressful because you couldn’t see all the areas from any one spot so supervising children was difficult,

the booking agent for the Sofitel day trips didn’t give me any information about what to bring etc before our day trip, she also suggested she come on private chartered boat - and she was misleading in the info she provided

Food was extremely expensive for lunches

Our room smelled of mould

Perfect location- amazing food and pillows!
Pros:

Great location. Greta food and restaurants. The pillow shop was a great touch. As was the Fiji airways check in desk at the hotel.
The water slides and inflatables keeps the kids busy!
Staff were all amazing! So friendly and helpful. We had an amazing stay! Would definitely stay again!

Cons:

Noise curfew for the hallways!
While we had a family room I can understand that there would be noise. However I didn’t appreciate being woken up late at night by children running and screaming down the halls. Clearly this isn’t the hotels fault - but it would be great to see some sort of noise curfew for the hallways.

Expensive for what you got.
Pros:

Lush grounds and location.

Cons:

The room noise with the laundry and cars reversing all night as well as the construction next door. The pool was overrun by kids and to use the adults only area it required a significant upgrade. The buffet dinner and breakfast items were often cold.

Loved 2 day stay! Maybe the food offering for a longer stay not available.
Pros:

The aqua exercise class with great music and staff member was great exercise and lots of fun!

feeding the fish for the kids was great.

The buffet breakfast was extensive and suited everyone.

Cons:

The choice of food for casual eating could have been more varied, with healthy options available.
