Amazing stay, incredible staff, and delicious food - air con could do with a little fix
Pros:

The staff were incredible! Super happy all the time, made quick connections and unbelievably kind and helpful. They were absolutely amazing! The rooms were also really lovely, spacious and well appointed. We loved the service here as well both at waitui adults only areas and the main areas - both were outstanding. The buggy service was also incredibly efficient - they would arrive within 5 minutes of calling. The food was also great - both at waitui and bar and grill - always fresh and delicious.

Cons:

Our air con was set to 21 degrees as the lowest but also wasn’t working that well - it was always quite warm and stuffy in our room. The pricing was also quite steep.. But that’s literally it!

Delightful Mini-Stay
Pros:

The genuine service provided by the staff, as a solo traveller, I found this very comforting. The quality and variety of food and drinks are fantastic. The location, close to the airport, is a great advantage.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there is construction taking place directly opposite the accommodation; it is difficult to sleep in, and the work is performed until 5:00 p.m. at night.

Beautiful, delightful and despite the food we will return!
Pros:

Beautiful property, clean and well maintained. The staff were stellar and we were greeted with big smiles everyday!

Cons:

The in-room food service ‘Sofitel Eats’ was expensive and the food was beyond average. The food at the restaurants located on the property were also expensive and very average, serious room for improvement here. The positive was that the Bula Bus to the Port was easy and quick enough to take to go down for lunches/dinners.
