All staff were incredibly kind and friendly, they upgraded us to the luxury Waitu Room, could not fault a single thing.
There was construction and the main pools were being redone, but they let us know before hand, and the Waitu beach club was fantastic while the main pool is being redone.
The staff were amazing. So friendly
The bed unfortunately was so uncomfortable
Staff were very good and Restaurants were good
Main pool was closed. Was not informed when booking in. Workers from pool area were jumping in the pool after a days work with cement and dirt on them “disgusting. Also one of them had a loud and foul mouth. You are scammed with drinks short measures etc… I caught them out on the last day.
The resort is located very centrally to everything so easy to get around on the bula bus. The resort is well equipped with everything you need, you don’t have to leave. Restaurants are all delicious. The staff are the absolute best and caring people! Very clean well maintained 5 star hotel.
Loved everything
The single most amazing thing about the hotel was the greeting and staff. From the moment we arrived we where treated so well and it felt more like a family vibe than corporate hospitality. The FOH where exceptional and especially the entrance where the lobby staff gave us a real Fijian welcome.
Without knowing the full picture its a shame the wealth of the hotel area has yet to spread out to the wider community. There is an obvious difference in living standards as you travel from Nadi airport to the resort. It great to see that Fijians are most of the staff within the hotels and cheap labour hasn't been flown in as you see in some places.

Location & facilities were excellent
Big open spaces and friendly people
High prices for everything
It was very clean, great facilities and the staff were amazing.
1. More vegetarian options in restaurants would be good
2. Very family orientated, which is ok, but as a single adult traveller they required you to pay extra to go to the adults only area, other hotels offer this for no additional cost
Enormous resorts style hotel in Denarau. Everything is nice and tidy. You will probably choose to eat at one of the five restaurants (all with different cuisine) at the hotel. As the hotel they are on the expensive side compared to what you get.
There is a beach but not the nicest one.
