Flot udsigt, virkelig fint poolområde, god mad til fine priser, flinkt personale.

מקום מהמם, צוות חמודים ממש!
דאגו לנו למה שאפשר.

Cons:

יחסית לאלבניה מחיר יקר ובאנו העיקר בגלל התוספות.
בפועל בגקוזי אין אפשרות למים חמים והבריכה הייתה קצת מלוכלכת..
החדר היה נקי רק הייתה קצת סתימה במקלחת

Beau hôtel mais à moderniser et surtout à revoir les priorités !!
Pros:

Le traditionnel, l’hôtel typique dans les montagnes.
La piscine ouverte 24/24
La vue sur le paysage, les animaux …
Le personnel est gentil mais bordel que le service est très long surtout si vous êtes que des femmes.
Le p’tit déjeuner est copieux mais toujours là même chose

Cons:

Chambre pas nettoyer, des toiles d’araignées, chose qui traîne en dessous des lits avec pleins de poussière.
Aucun intimité car il y a que la salle de bain qui est insonorisé sinon vous entendez tout ce qu’il se passe ou se dit dans les chambre à côté.
Le restaurant est tjr complet car c’est principalement réserver par des clients extérieurs du coup pour les clients de l’hôtel plus de place.
Les jeux des enfants sont vraiment vieux et non sécurisé et la salle de jeux (billards, tennis de table et babyfoot) sont à moderniser.
Le sauna est allumé de temps en temps en milieu d’après midi

Clean and welcoming. Little tweaks could make big improvements
Pros:

Lovely room, very clean and comfy. Great food at a reasonable price. Lovely staff.

Cons:

Too many wasps so we couldn't sit outside on the veranda, which was one of the reasons I'd booked this hotel. The pool area has a cover over, would be much better open air. Was very difficult to find as the name was in English on the website and Albanian on the sign on the road, so we struggled to find it.

Great stay, I highly recommend this place
Pros:

Everything perfect. Clean, comfortable, amazing views, kind staff, great swimming pool, everything! To say anything is 10’ by car from the city centre, but we preferred to be a little bit out of the noise.

Tricky location but amazing hotel and breath-taking views!
Pros:

The hotel is set in a beautiful location on the outskirts of Shkoder. The hotel and the restaurant offers breathtaking views. The pool was very impressive and games area. The staff at the desk were very helpful in helping us to arrange transport to Komani lake.

Cons:

The location is tricky. Taxi drivers don’t like to drive there due to bad traffic in the summer months. Apart from the hotel and restaurant nothing else is in walking distance.

Pros:

The swimming pool is very nice. It is open until 24:00 and in the morning. The AC is good and needed in summer. Breakfast buffet was really good with fruit, croissants etc.

Absolutely recommended
Pros:

Great value, super location, quality room

Cons:

There is one light what you cannot turn off. So you have to switch down the breaker/fuse to sleep in darkness.
The waiters weren’t the nicest.

Pros:

The dinner in the restaurant.

Cons:

It started with a very quick tour from the female host.
She did not explain how to use the jacuzzi, sauna, we needed to find the electricity chamber ourselfs and even warm up the sauna (30' in front) ourselves.

No explaination where we could find this, find the lights,...

The weighter at out dinner was the only one who was friendly, we did not even saw the host over there.

The next morning when we went to the breakfast at 09:00 and they were already cleaning it up.

We got old bread, cold eggs that were already there for 1 hour or more while we saw other couples getting a fresh breakfast.
They never asked us if we wanted some hot drinks with our breakfast like a simple coffee while we saw other tables getting coffee (because they paid for the breakfast) and with us it was included with our room.
