Let us have late check out which was very helpful, organised drivers for us. Beautiful place and we loved our stay.
The staff were so helpful. Chameera kept us informed before our stay, and helped us with a Tuktuk driver from the hotel to do both a sunset and sunrise hike. Everyone was really nice. Room was comfortable and the whole ambiance of the hotel was stunning.
Breakfast could have been better.
We had a wonderful stay at Into the Wild, the hotel is very peaceful, immersed in nature, and with a beatiful pool area. The rooms are very comfortable, and the staff are very attentive and welcoming. The breakfast is excellent, I would recommend the Sri Lankan breakfast option - very generous portions! The dinner options are also really good, with delicious Sri Lankan dishes, as well as tasty burgers.

Lovely room in the jungle. Very relaxing! Great pool and garden area. Really good breakfast with different options to choose from.
More shade was needed around the pools beds as it’s very hot during the day. But only a small thing :)
The room was a good size with comfortable bed. Food was good quality. The pool and grounds were very pleasant.
Akash had exceptionally good English which he said was self taught through his work. In his attitude and intuition he showed ideal management skills. In fact from his interactions with the two of us I had assumed he was a manager.

The facilities, the size and cleanliness of the room.
The breakfast is really good and if you need to leave on a tour for the whole morning, they are kind enough to offer to give you some food to go, which they give you the evening before.
There are two big Rottweilers on the premises. They mostly relax and sometimes come up to you and say hello to get a scratch. They are harmless, gentle and well trained.
We were aware this nice place was a little off the town of Sigiriya. Keep in mind though that this is not walkable with this heat.

Der Homestay liegt wunderschön im Grünen, abgelegen und ruhig und mit tollem Pool. Das Personal ist super freundlich, das Essen hervorragend und die Zimmer geräumig und sehr sauber. Der Inhaber hat uns sogar abends zum nahegelegenen Tempel mit Aussicht auf Sunset geführt, ein tolles Erlebnis. Außerdem bietet der Homestay Ausflüge zu sehr fairen Preisen an.
Wat een paradijsje is dit hotel, helemaal heerlijk. Prachtig zwembad, zeer ruime kamers met eigen frigo, terras, zalige warme douche! Het personeel verdient ook een dikke pluim, ze brachten ons drinken zelfs naar ons terras. Ze regelden een safari naar Hurulu Eco Park voor ons en ook dit was super! Sri Lankaans ontbijt was heerlijk. Wij hadden hier gerust nog even willen blijven…
Om te verplaatsen hang je echt vast aan tuktuks, door de wilde olifanten in de buurt. Wat ons een beetje stoorde was het gebed van een moskee ‘s ochtends vroeg, maar dit is echt maar een klein detail
Erg mooi verblijf voor een goede prijs. Ligging is rustig en binnen korte rit met de tuktuk ben je overal. Personeel is erg aardig en zorgt voor een goede sfeer. Ik zou het iedereen aanrijden.
