遗漏电话充电器说回邮件回来给我，已经一个月多了还是为寄回给我，如果说做不到就不要答应我

I missed the phone charger and reception said will help to post back for me. It has been more than a month haven’t do it , If you can't do it, don't promise me.

Cons:

Aircond for family room not fast cool. and sometimes took 2 to 3 hours before room cold. I even think to go to other hotel due to this reason. Please upgrade. I am regular customer here.
