Pros:

Room is clean. Ample open parking space .
Bed is comfortable.

Cons:

Just unlucky, we can’t rest & sleep well due a loud music as there are a party / celebration at this hotel. Despite in different level but the noise is unbearable.

Apple suite hotel locations is great and easy parking for guest travel with car.

Cons:

I been staying the same hotel before for multiple time as a frequent travel to Sitiawan monthly. Apple suite seem to be my top 3 choices. but this round was having bad experience due to hotel accept and having birthday party with extremely loud disco/techno kind of music all the way till 11pm. Then party end, worker dismantle and remove equipment with loud noise as well all the way till over midnight. then the next day early morning after 8am, hotel housekeeper start pushing trolley and chit chat along corridor wit each other. OMG hotel room sound proof really bad. Paid for hotel for rest end up suffering for all this loud inconsideration noise. felt pretty unfair, the hotel charge compare to similar hotel around is also 10-20% higher. Preferable if really having party or event do inform or block the date for booking so at least guest can opt for other hotel.

Convenient location and family room is wide.

Cons:

When we check in, there were two Indian cleaner in our room. One is sitting on sofa with phone another is in the toilet (I wonder is cleaning or showering). Since the reception gave us card to check in, it should be ready to check in. The cleaners still stay in room and toilet even though we in room. After 10min only they left.

There are some spots were dirty and seem broken. TV couldn't work.

Hope the hotel management can upgrade the cleanliness of the bed.
