Pros:

Very friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Nice hot shower. Actual WiFi that works (unlike every other hotel I've stayed in in Skegness)!

Cons:

Decor, carpets etc very tired. As other reviewers have said, the hotel could do with a good overhaul.

Pros:

The food was nice

Cons:

The room we stayed in didn't get cleaned, I had to go to reception to ask for the room to be cleaned and for some toilet rolls, we had clean bedding, towels bins empted but we didn't get any toilet rolls so we ended up buying some, when the coach gusts arrived we had to wait for a table for breakfast, so they were looked after better than us, so we will not be returning.

Words fail me!
Pros:

I find it difficult to find anything positive to say.

Cons:

The hotel was shabby. Net curtains, lamp shades, furniture needed update or at least cleaning!
The restaurant and Bistro were unavailable during our stay as the hotel had coax parties and not enough staff to cope.
Breakfast was basic and cheap ingredients. No fresh or dried fruit just a dish of tinned mandarins and one of tinned peaches.
The coffee was applauding.
We stayed for 3 nights but only ate breakfast on day 1.
If you’re looking for a run down , second rate hotel in a 1950s time warp this is the place for you.
If you prefer a ‘proper ‘ hotel go elsewhere.
