Great comfortable rooms at an affordable price
Pros:

The rooms where a good size with full bathroom facilities, the beds where comfortable and a standard 3' single with nice clean cotton sheets. Fresh, clean towels with complimentary toileteris.
The breakfast was cooked fresh and to how you want it - perfect.

Cons:

It was a very hot day and there was no air conditioning, however a 3 speed oscillating fan was provided that gave a comforting breeze.

The bathroom door opens up into the bathroom, to get to the toilet requires double manoeuvre (open the door, enter the bathroom, close the door to access the toilet), access would be difficult if a guest collapsed in the bathroom.

Pros:

Staff were helpful. Plenty of tea and coffee in the room.

Cons:

Just felt that £80 for the room was overpriced for a small room where the window did not open ( which meant we had to keep the fan on overnight) , the shower was just a curtain, so no shower tray which meant the whole toilet bathroom floor got wet. Price did not include breakfast (extra £8 per person)

A little gem of a find.
Pros:

Staff were very helpful,made you feel very welcome , very large, clean, and comfortable room,excellent breakfast, car park with cameras ,all within a pub surroundings,and atmosphere

Great value and really nice room
Pros:

This is an amazing price for a really comfortable room that is spotlessly clean and really pleasant. The breakfast is only £8 which is extraordinary value. You don’t get sourdough bread and barista coffee but you do get a perfectly cooked breakfast with cereals and orange juice too. Staff were friendly and efficient and very helpful.

It was a lovely pub, and the rooms were so homely.
The atmosphere was really nice and welcoming.
The Staff were so very helpful and friendly, I would recommend staying here.

Pros:

Good location and centre to everything I needed to be at. Breakfast was brilliant. Paul was good with my son who is a little fussy.

Cons:

First night the musics was booming from when I checked in in the evening until late at night. The second night the music wasn’t so loud but I could still hear it.
Someone had left the outer window open and I couldn’t get to close it so I heard traffic most of the night.
