Wir kommen wieder
Pros:

Wir waren – wie schon seit vielen Jahren – im Hotel Arena. Das Hotel ist klein, aber fein: Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, und das Frühstück ist vollkommen ausreichend. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns das freundliche Personal sowie die Tiefgarage, in der man schöne Autos sicher und geschützt parkieren kann.

Auch der Fahrradverleih ist ein grosser Pluspunkt. Für kleine Kinder ist das Angebot vielleicht weniger geeignet, aber für Leute, die sowieso den ganzen Tag unterwegs sind und viele Ausflüge geniessen, ist das Hotel einfach top.

Und hat der Aufenthalt im Hotel Arena gut gefallen. Der Pool auf dem Dach war super.
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut. Große Vielfalt.

Cons:

Ein größerer Kühlschrank wäre gewesen.

Good location, clean rooms, friendly cleaners, the receptionist with the glasses who is there during the evening time was so helpful with taxis and buses and was very friendly as was the man who was there at night time, both were super friendly.

Cons:

Breakfast had a poor selection, And as for the other lady receptionist who does be there in the morning time was absolutely nothing but rude. An absolute dragon id call her, never smiled once, pulling faces when your talking to her, looking at you like you have something wrong with you, was not one bit helpful when asking questions about taxis and restaurants unlike her two colleagues, she rang our room twice moaning about keys for the bikes trying to say that we were trying to keep them! Whoever is running this hotel needs to get rid of her as she brought our stay from a 9/10 down to a 5/10 because of her rudeness and for being stuck up. Dont think ive ever met someone so far up there own you know what!!

Pros:

Très bon séjours dans cet hôtel que je recommande fortement , le personnel est vraiment gentille , la piscine sur le toit est un vrai plus , le petit déjeuner est complet juste se qu’il faut .
Le parking souterrain est vraiment agréable pendant les grosses chaleurs

Cons:

Les chambres ne sont pas très bien isolés ..

Spacious hotel, everything works well.
Pros:

The breakfast was tasty — while the selection isn’t huge, it includes everything you need for a good start to the day. The indoor parking is very convenient. The hotel is just a couple of minutes from the lake and also close to restaurants and shops.

Cons:

The hotel isn’t very new, but everything functions well. The only thing we didn’t really like was the bed and pillow — the mattress was quite firm, and the pillow as well. We’re not sure how the air conditioning works, but in May it was quite stuffy to sleep with the balcony door closed.
