Die Lage ist super, auch war das Zimmer sehr geräumig und sauber, die Betten waren sehr gemütlich.

Cons:

Das Retaurant ist ein wenig zu klein, daher kann es manchmal eng werden.

Great location, helpful staff and well looked after.
Pros:

Great location, excellent breakfast with a variety of options and freshly baked goods as well as hot food and fruit. The staff were attentive and provided helpful information about how to get around. The free bike hire was an added bonus.

Clean rooms, rude staff

The breakfast was good, and the rooms were clean, there was free bike hire.

Cons:

Whilst there were positives, overall, our experience here was quite negative because of the staff who were just quite rude to us, including to my wife who is even a native italian speaker. There was incident where the manager accosted me during breakfast in front of all of the other guests about a misunderstanding which had already been clarified by one of the staff on the previous day. Thats really not acceptable.
The location is also not great. It is a fairly long walk to the restaurants in Sirmione. We ended up cutting our stay short and found a hotel closer to the town which was cheaper

В целом, это место, куда хочется вернуться и с уверенностью рекомендовать другим!
Pros:

Отличный отель, который оставил только приятные впечатления! Особенно хочется отметить вкусные и разнообразные завтраки — всё свежее, красиво подано и на любой вкус. Персонал очень приветливый и внимательный, всегда готовы помочь и создают по-настоящему тёплую атмосферу.
Номера чистые, аккуратные и комфортные, приятно возвращаться после насыщенного дня. На территории есть бассейн — выглядит очень привлекательно, но, к сожалению, не удалось искупаться из-за прохладной погоды.

Aufmerksames Personal und toller Ausblick auf den Gardasee.

Cons:

Betten waren schon etwas durchgelegen, das Hotel liegt an einer großen Straße, es gab Probleme mit der Heizung und mit der Wassertemperatur im Bad. Und der Pool wurde nicht geöffnet weil er nicht warm genug war. Das war in der Beschreibung so nicht ersichtlich und eine große Enttäuschung für die Kinder.

Parkplätze beim Hotel, angenehme Zimmeranordnung

Cons:

Wie bei fast allen Hotels, zuwenig Kleiderhaken. Hier nur einige Bügel im.Schrank und Ablagefächer.Jacken mussten wir über die Stuhllehne hängen - sehr unpraktisch.
