Ci torneremo sicuramente.
Pros:

Posto incantevole, immerso nel verde e silenzioso.
Proprietari gentili d disponibili, colazione varia e fresca.
Le camere sono confortevoli e i letti comodi .
La posizione è comodissima per andare a Sirmione a piedi (25 min) e il parcheggio compreso è un punto in più a favore .

Cons:

Se proprio devo trovare una pecca è sulle docce…troppo piccole e strette. Il mio compagno ci è a malapena entrato dentro.

Zeitreise mit Herz – Sauberkeit trifft auf den Charme der 90er

Cons:

Wer eine Unterkunft sucht, die einen direkt in das Jahr 2005 (oder eher 1995) zurückkatapultiert, ist hier genau richtig. Unser Aufenthalt war eine interessante Mischung aus herzlicher Gastfreundschaft und echtem Retro-Feeling.
Das Positive vorab:
Das Personal war ausgesprochen nett und bemüht, man fühlt sich als Gast willkommen. Auch die Sauberkeit war tadellos – trotz des Alters der Einrichtung gab es hier absolut nichts zu meckern. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und ein guter Start in den Tag.
Zimmer & Ausstattung (Der "Vintage-Faktor"):
Man merkt dem Hotel an, dass die letzte große Renovierung schon ein paar Jahrzehnte zurückliegt.
• Zustand: Die Einrichtung ist funktional, aber "abgewohnt". Ein Highlight war die Zimmertür, die an der unteren Ecke bereits buchstäblich auseinanderfiel (siehe Bild) – ein deutliches Zeichen, dass hier mal Hand angelegt werden müsste.
• Bad: Das Badezimmer ist eine logistische Herausforderung. Die Dusche ist extrem klein, was das tägliche Waschen fast schon zu einem akrobatischen Akt macht. Die Armaturen und der fest installierte Föhn verströmen den Charme vergangener Jahrzehnte.
• Hellhörigkeit: Die Wände scheinen aus Papier zu sein. Man nimmt unfreiwillig am Leben der Zimmernachbarn teil – wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, sollte unbedingt Oropax einpacken.
Besonderheiten:
Ein echtes Relikt ist die Schlüssel-Regel: Man wird explizit (per Schild in vier Sprachen!) aufgefordert, den Zimmerschlüssel jedes Mal an der Rezeption abzugeben, wenn man das Haus verlässt. Das ist heute eher ungewöhnlich, passt aber zum nostalgischen Gesamtkonzept.
Fazit:
Ein solides Hotel für Reisende, die keinen Luxus brauchen, Wert auf nette Leute und Sauberkeit legen und kein Problem damit haben, dass die Zeit hier ein wenig stehen geblieben ist. Der Ausblick (je nach Zimmer) auf die Umgebung und das Hinterland ist dafür wirklich schön!
Ideal für: Budget-Reisende und Nostalgiker, die nur einen sauberen Schlafplatz suchen.
