Handy location for a concert at Alexandra Park
Pros:

It was a good place to stay for a concert at Alexandra Palace. Enfield was a nice place to wander through to the station. The staff were very friendly and helpful

Cons:

It is a noisy street and we had to have the windows open as it was hot, but i took ear plugs so it didn't bother me.

Pros:

Friendly staff, great location for getting to Spurs for a concert only a 4 stops away. Lots of food places nearby. Small bathroom but big shower.

Cons:

Crazy hot summer! as it is an old property there is no air on, but a decent fan was provided. No breakfast, but great cafe directly opposite.

Enjoyed the stay, just not the heat. Staff were brilliant in returning items which were left behind.
Pros:

Nice little hotel.
Comfy beds.
Great staff.
Good location for restaurants, shops, train.
Great bistro over the road from it.

Cons:

We stayed on one of the hottest nights of the year and no aircon in the room. Just a small fan which did nothing.

Pros:

We stayed here for a concert at Tottenham Hotspurs Stadium and the facilities were great, the room was comfortable and clean and there was a fan provided as well, which was much appreciated in this heatwave. The reception staff were lovely and very friendly, I would definitely recommend staying here especially if you have a concert in Tottenham, you'll miss the large crowds heading to central and it's not too long of a journey from the stadium to get here. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would stay again!

Facilities not as expected
Pros:

The room size and location was really good. The staff were very friendly

Cons:

The air conditioning did not work, the room we were in must have been above the generators as the room was hotter than the hallway; which was stifling.
We expected the air conditioning to be wotking especially as we were in the middle of a heatwave at the time.

Surprisingly nice.
Pros:

Very accommodating hostess. The neighborhood was great, with a nice Italian restaurant just across the street. The room and bathroom were small, but well appointed. Nice big TV screen.
