The property will be undergoing a full renovation and the project is estimated to take around 24 months for completion. Guests will be able to see the works being carried out, but they will not be affected by it.

The renovation works are carried out between 08:00 and 16:30 daily.

Friendly hotel
Pros:

The reception staff were so polite and friendly. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean.

Cons:

The shower was not very strong at all. A fridge would have been very useful especially in this unexpected heat and the pillows seemed old a flat so were quite uncomfortable, more than 1 night would have been an issue.

Cons:

Room was extremely stuffy even though there was a fan in place. Nowhere to hang towels or put anything on shelves. No decaff coffee, no water available to purchase. Everything was quite shabby

Couldn't get the TV to work but that may have been us. Road noise but we know the location so aware it would have had some.

Lovely helpful staff and a great place to stay for a night.
Pros:

Perfect for one night. Good value for money. Great location for us. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Good shower. Coffee, tea and biscuits in room. Spacious. Two fans and windows that open. Would recommend.

Cons:

We didn’t not like it - the room was so hot when we went in. The fans were brilliant and we cooled it down and kept windows open but then It was very noisy outside and into early hours. (Saturday night stay)Traffic and people. Air-con would be amazing to sort this! The car park was full so we had to park on the street. Not a major issue but be aware that this can happen.
