The property will be undergoing a full renovation and the project is estimated to take around 24 months for completion. Guests will be able to see the works being carried out, but they will not be affected by it.

The renovation works are carried out between 08:00 and 16:30 daily.

It is a good hotel and close to Enfield Town and other train stations.
Pros:

The room looked nice and was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. The staff were very helpful when I had questions.

Cons:

It's a great hotel. The staff seem to stay a long time. The cleaners were friendly and efficient.

Pros:

Lovely building but the rooms need updating.

It needs updating and I had a cosy room which wasn’t the best as there are 2 flights of stairs to climb up.

Pros:

Clean enough, close to shops etc

Cons:

The mattress and pillows urgently need replacing, as neither were fit for purpose and resulted in a very poor night’s sleep. The mattress was extremely basic, thin, and spring-based, offering little support. The pillows were hard and lumpy, making them very uncomfortable.

The room was also very noisy — we could hear everything from the adjoining rooms.

Despite the radiator being turned off, the room was extremely hot, and no fan was provided.

Additionally, the window was broken. While it could be opened, it would not close properly.

Bed was really comfortable and there was plenty of things around to go for drinks and food.

The noise outside the bedroom was a slight problem but I guess the hotel cant do much about that.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer sauber und ordentlich.

Cons:

Die Matratze war super weich und die Federn sind jedesmal lautstark hochgesprungen, wenn man aufgestanden ist. Das Zimmer (direkt über dem Eingang) war sehr hellhörig was die Straße anging, bis spät abends und ab früh morgens hörte man Verkehr. Weder im Bad noch im Zimmer gab es irgendwelche Haken oder zumindest einen Stuhl auf dem man Handtücher oder Kleidung hätte aufhängen/ablegen können.

Just what we needed.
Pros:
