The property will be undergoing a full renovation and the project is estimated to take around 24 months for completion. Guests will be able to see the works being carried out, but they will not be affected by it.
The renovation works are carried out between 08:00 and 16:30 daily.
Kindly note the accommodations is accessible via stairs only. Therefore it may not be suitable for guests with mobility impairment.

Als je het raam wil open zetten kon je moeilijk slapen vanwege auto's die passeerden.
Very clean . Friendly staff , easy to find ! Lovely food restaurants nearby ! Hotel supplied coffee and tea and biscuits for us ! All towels were fresh !
We landed from airport earlier than planned and they managed to get us checked in and sorted as soon as we arrived !
The room was very small and very hot was quite stuffy in there !
Provided hand wash and body wash but no shampoo !
The road was very noisy pretty much all night

The room was too warm partly because of the time of year. A fan is provided however.
Breakfast isn’t supplied but plenty of places to eat nearby.

Location
The tv didn’t works and we informed the staff of this as we noticed this as soon as we checked in the room getting ready to go out. The front desk staff came to the room to check this and said they would sort it whilst we was out the room however when we returned the tv still didn’t work
Nothing, apart from the staff
No bar, no breakfast, the shower in room 2 had no attachment so had to be hand held, no air con, not double glazed and could easily hear the traffic, and people in the street. Chair in room was stained, mattress was very soft and uncomfortable.
The room was a fair size. The receptionist who checked us in was lovely. The cleaning staff were really friendly and helpful. The location is good- some nice pubs within walking distance and handy shops around.
The person on reception at check out was a little unfriendly on the phone. The parking situation is slightly ridiculous and not clear during booking that it'll be like that (basically there are 2 spaces that can be used for the whole of the hotel without a problem, the other spaces in the very tight carpark belong to other people and if you park in them you have to move your car by 8:30am- especially not ideal considering it's in the ulez zone so it costs you money to move your car). The cleanliness of the room was good but the actual quilt within the cover and pillows needed washing. We were there during very hot weather but the small window and the semi-working fan didn't quite cut it. Not much natural light at all in the room.
