Nichts. Ein Großteil des Personals war sehr freundlich , ein wenige Mitarbeiter wiederum nicht.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt sehr abseits. Der Pool war dreckig und es gab keine liegen. Das Frühstück war ausschließlich indisch. Es gab nicht einmal Eier in irgendeiner Form. Zimmer mittelmäßig, sauber. Die Matratzen waren nicht gut. Kein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen. Trotz Holi Festival gab es nur sehr wenige Gäste, so dass die Stimmung eher morbide war. Kein Alkohol im Hotel zu kaufen.

The hotel is situated in Mathura Cantt. We had a pleasant & wonderful stay. The food was outstanding.

The breakfast buffet could have been better... the taste was good, but items were limited.

Decent hotel but slightly far from Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi temple
Pros:

The hotel was good. Staff was courteous. Dinner was fresh and enjoyable. Breakfast was also good. The restaurant staff was very attentive. All in all it was a decent stay.

Cons:

Even though I booked a club room, didn't feel like it was any different from other deluxe rooms on the same floor. Had to call few times and wait for an additional bed.

Pros:

Staff at reception was very helpful.

Cons:

Room was not clean. Floor had tea spilled and full of small pieces of paper. There was tea spilled marks in the bathroom and there were tea leaves side of the sink. I called housekeeping and was told that they would be there to clean in few minutes but unfortunately few minutes never happened till next day when I called housekeeping again. Staff response is slow.
