This time we stopped for an overnight to break a long journey, but stayed here in the past when we visited the NEC.
We always feel welcome and the food from the dinner menu is exceptional. As usual, the room was clean and in perfect working order despite the age of the building.
I didn't have breakfast.
Ideal location for my visit.
Very pleasant place to stay.
I would have liked a bath. I hope to come again
Location and parking excellent although remember to log your vehicle registration number at the bar
Room is very dark and the only window looks onto the bar courtyard so very little privacy
Mattress very hard
Close proximity to bp pulse live , clean tidy everything we needed
Menu a little expensive, hot in room window didn't stay open
Spotless comfortable rooms at an extremely good price. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Dinner was delicious (we did not have breakfast but suspect it would have been good too!)
Location
Everything and will certainly come again

Bedroom was too dark - lights not bright enough
We were going to the NEC for the Garden/Good Food Show. The Bull’s Head is at an ideal distance to drive. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Very good food - Dinner and Breakfast . A good room with all expected facilities .
There is no lift which may be a problem for some guests.
It has a lot of character and is in a good location
We found the mattress rather hard and the music was distracting for an early night.
Fantastic location, just a few miles from the NEC. Warm and friendly staff! Great food and lovely clean and comfortable room!
Nothing to dislike!
