Last couple of stays food gas been disappointing. Manager gave us a refund on this stay.
Lovely traditional pub with fabulous food! The staff were friendly and helpful
Very welcoming, great food and room was lovely and comfortable.
The lighting was very low so quite tricky to see of an evening.
Lovely place, room facilities great. Food was delicious and the price included breakfast was excellent value.
Very firm bed
The food in the restuarant was absolutely top notch. Great evening meal, and great breakfast.
Lovely location, friendly and helpful staff. Clean spacious room with a comfortable bed
Good location...near to NEC...nice staff, clean and extremely good showers
Lighting can be improved but orherwise not much to change
The Bull's Head is perfectly located for a visit to the NEC, it is only 20 mins in total for the bus ride and a short walk. The spacious room was warm from the moment we arrived, nicely decorated and very clean.
The staff couldn't have be more welcoming and friendly, and the dinner was exceptional. Glad we booked, the restaurant was full.
Room is lovely and clean, staff were very nice
Room was cold, bathroom even colder
Room was lovely and staff and food great
Nice room
Price and quality of food. If I stayed again i wouldn't eat or drink in the pub which is a shame because then you have to drive
Room well equipped evening meal excellent.
All satisfactory so no comments to make
Good location for what we needed. The shower was hot and strong.
The rooms may have been considered boutique when first decorated, but now showing signs of wear.
There were water stains on the walls from the shower in the room above.
Our shower leaked, and had tacky upvc plastic stuck over the bottom rows of tiles with stained sealant.
There was no mirror in the bedroom, with very inadequate lighting, so blow drying hair and applying makeup was difficult. Resorted to using a hand mirror in front of the window.
The staff seemed reluctant to serve, had very little interaction skills, although I do have praise for one waiter in the evening, but he was the only one. We began to feel as if they would prefer if the visitors weren't there.
The full English breakfast was poor, overcooked sausage and bacon (one slice of each), although the avocado with poached eggs and chorizo was very good.
Overpriced bar prices.
Would I stay again? No!/
