expectation vs reality
We were able to switch to a better room when the electricity and wifi were not dependable in the first room. The staff helped bring our suitcases up the stairs; elevator was not useable.
Even though when booking the room it said we'd pay at the property, we got a follow-up email immediately after that wanted us to make a deposit. Reading the fine print, booking makes this fine; but it is certainly bait & switch. We just ignored the request and it was fine. But it was off to a bad start.
Also, in the first room, the electricity and the wifi were incredibly unreliable--which was not the case in their other building. Also, the location from the main road (MG Marg) is not far, but up an incredible number of steps.
