Pros:

就在海边。风景很好。有个大阳台,能欣赏到美丽的海景。还有泳池。观鲸回来在退房吃早饭。离港口比较近，性价比较高。

Cons:

离主街有点距离。吃东西没有那么方便。
当地TUTU车好像用不了打车软件。但是当地民宿靠海的好像基本都在巷子里，晚上走还是有点害怕
早餐的本地食物吃不惯😂

Habitación espaciosa y piscina muy agradable.

Cons:

Mucha suciedad por falta de mantenimiento en la zona de la piscina. Tumbonas y sillas muy sucias por falta de cuidado, olor a desagüe en el baño de la habitación. Hay mucho personal pero no es eficiente. Caro para el mantenimiento que tiene, descuidado.

Antic Srilankan Villa by the sea
Pros:

It's an antic srilankan villa comprising 5 Villa each in both the buildings. The less number of rooms adds up to your privacy and calmness. It's a sea facing villa but one can't swim due to high tide and rocky terrain. Mirrissa beach is just 2kms away. Overall we had a great stay

Cons:

Breakfast options could be enhanced. It gets boring for people staying for more days.

Nice place
Pros:

Nice comfortable room with high end wooden furniture. Beautiful swimming pool. Breakfast was better than average Sri Lankan breakfast, but still way too much food and too much bread.

Cons:

The bathroom had an interesting smell. The beach is not suitable for swimming or even sitting on as it is too rocky.

Severe mould issues. Would not recommend.

The property looks nice from the outside and is located in a scenic area.

Cons:

When we arrived, there was a very strong mould/musty smell, especially in the bathroom. We informed the staff immediately, but they only sprayed room freshener, which did not resolve the issue.

We had to step out and returned late at night, and by then there was no practical option to change rooms. It ended up being one of the most uncomfortable nights I’ve had, and rather than argue with staff late at night, we were forced to just push through the night.

The next morning, I raised the issue again and showed photos, explaining that this is not acceptable for any room, particularly when paying a premium price. A discount of LKR 7,000 was offered, but this felt like a temporary fix rather than a real solution. If the room was in this condition, it should not have been sold in the first place!!

I had booked this stay to celebrate my birthday, so this was especially disappointing. While the property may look beautiful from afar, once you look closer it is clear that maintenance and cleanliness are lacking. A mould-infested room cannot be justified with a discount, and until these issues are properly addressed, I would not recommend this property.

Situation au calme et exceptionnelle au bord de la plage. Piscine propre. Petit déjeuner ok rien d'extraordinaire.

Cons:

Hôtel géré par des sympathiques jeunes hommes dans la vingtaine qui ne parlent pas anglais et qui ne ont pas du tout renseigner sur les lieux etc..
Pas de room cleaning.
