Please note that foreigner guests require an inner line permit that is mandatory for visiting and staying in Sikkim. Permits can be acquired from any of the tourist centers in Rangpo, Bagdogra, Kolkata or Delhi.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Great hotel with great staff
Pros:

The property is located not too far from MG road, the people in service are great. We stayed in room 214 which had a great view of the Kanchenjunga from the balcony. Also, the room was quite huge and the service was excellent.

Awesome stay! Good hotel.

Could have been better but nothing major to complain
Pros:

Great location - 15 min walk to the city center. Good room size with all basic amenities. Way better than any other hotels in the area.
Staff was excellent and made us feel very comfortable and cared for during our stay.

Cons:

Since it’s undergoing renovation, neither the Spa nor Gym were operational and available for guests. There was no communication about the renovation works even though we had booked months in advance.
There was also no fridge in the room.
The noise isolation in the rooms is not great and we could hear kids and their parents screaming most of the time in the adjacent rooms
