Pros:

I don't have the opportunity to stay because they have denied my booking.

Cons:

I was traveling with my family and had 2 kids. After reaching the hotel they denied my booking saying that they couldn't accommodate my 10 year old child for which they were asking for extra money which was out of my budget. However, while booking the hotel I have clearly mentioned that I got 2 kids 4 and 10 years. Even before travelling we have confirmed with the hotel staff about our situation and it's ok for them. They have mentioned that they don't reject any bookings even if the guests are traveling with the kids and never asked for extra payment.

It was a horrible experience for me and I faced lots of inconvenience by moving to a different location.

Awesome Stay with my family
Pros:

Rooms are spacious.Walkable distance to M G ROAD, GANGTOK.Bedsize and blankets are very good.

Cons:

The washroom needs to be more cleaned and the premium gadgets inside the washroom to be installed as per the hotel charges.

The interior of the hotel rooms needs to be more decorated.

Location was perfect. 4 minutes to main shopping mall and restaurants, but quiet.

Good Stay near MG Marg.
Pros:

The location is very near to MG Marg (Just 3-4 minutes). The views are good from the balcony. Ample Car Parking Space and beautiful premises. Rooms are clean and as per the visuals shown in this website. They have a cute Golden Retriever too.

Cons:

Staffs should be more proactive. I had kept my luggage at 11:30 am for check in as they told that cleaning is being done in the room and left for city tour. Then when I cam back at 2pm, I found out that they forgot to actually clean the room and I got the room at 2:30pm. By the way the staffs are young, helpful and have good customer service and this may be a one off incident. The food can be a little more tasty.

Breakfast took shine off the experience.
Pros:

Location was good.
Staff initially were fine.

Cons:

I had to argue that my breakfast was included with my final price. I was made out to be a liar on both days of my stay. It is embarrassing having to argue with staff in front of other customers just to get what I paid for. The staff refused to believe I had inclusive breakfast.

Chambre catégorie deluxe très petite et pas de vue.
Pas de blanchisserie.
Pas de savon ni shampooing.
Impossible d obtenir des répulsifs anti moustiques.
Rapport qualité prix très mauvais.

It's situated at prime location. Walking distance from MG road. Easy to get ride to everywhere

Cons:

The room they've provided is in basement due to availability issues. So there was no any view from room
