Was cleaning
The receptionist is constantly trying to get the guest to pay extra money. Whether it's changing a bed from a double to a twin or entering the room before 3:00 PM even though it's ready at 1:00 PM. I got the impression that they are not friendly to the guest. Even though I went back there 3 times.
Ízletes az étel. A recepción dolgozók rendkívül kedvesek és segítőkészek, de korlátozottak a lehetőségeik.
1. A szobában az ablak nem nyitható, emiatt áporodott a levegő. Ablakkilincset kell vinni!!!
2. A klíma a szobából nem állítható, ezt csak a recepciós tudja állítani. Éjszaka nincs recepciós. A megadott telefonszámot napközben sem veszik fel.
3. A vacsoránál a levest és a steaket egyszerre hozták ki. Mire megettem a levest a hús kimeredt. Nem azt szolgálják fel amit a vendég rendel. Az étel neve az étlapon és a kapott étel között nincs sok összefüggés, de amit kihoznak az ízletes (+).
A vendéglői személyzet nem igazán ért az anyanyelvén kívül mást. Lehet ez okozza a felszolgálási problémákat.
Az első nap után eljöttünk.
Nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt a személyzet, mindenben készségesen segítettek. A szobák szépek, tiszták és kényelmesek voltak, a hotel pedig kiváló, központi elhelyezkedésű.
A reggelinél több étel elég gyorsan elfogyott, és az újratöltésre viszonylag sokat kellett várni.

Das Abendessen war zum Teil nicht so gut.
