Pros:

I booked a Deluxe room which looks like a normal room for a 4* hotel in other properties. It has kettle with tea making facilities (no coffee!), small fridge with a mini-bar, a sitting area. Tea making facilities include 8 bags of tea, sugar and two servings of honey. One king bed with only one blanket, which was not quite convenient for two adults. Power sockets near each side of the bed. Staff is friendly, breakfast is average (it is fine, but absolutely nothing special).

Cons:

There is a station in the room with tea making facilities, but no coffee is available. When the tea was consumed no refill was offered. On weekend the cleaning in the room takes place quite late, at approx 16:00. There's no card in the room to hang out like "Please do not disturb". The room is not very quiet - it has a great view over the city, but all the noise from the street can be heard. Bathroom is spacious and has a walk-in shower, which was really convenient and very pleasant to use. Hair dryer is available in the bathroom.

A hotel dolgozói nagyon kedvesek voltak, a reggeli finom és bőséges. A szoba szép, tiszta és kényelmes. A mélygarázsos parkolás is kiváló.

Cons:

De dame bij het ontbijt was wat knorrig. Roomnummer, roomnummer. Kon geen lachje van af. En dat is toch het begin van je dag.

Összességében jó volt, és bármikor mennék újra ide.
Pros:

Jó volt a pozíciója a hotelnek, könnyű bejutni az utcáról, egyből a lifthez és a garázshoz. Szóval a parkolóból és az utcáról 1 perc alatt a szobában vagy. Tiszta volt a szoba és segítőkész a személyzet.
A reggeli egész jó volt.
Ott felejtettünk valamit a szobában, és utánunk szóltak.

Cons:

Talán a fürdő kicsit hideg volt ebben az extrém téli időben, a kis törölközőszárító nem bírta befűteni. Talán a párolt gomba hiányzott a reggeliből, de ez már szőrszálhasogatás :)

Sajnos a lakosztályában nem volt jó a futes és hasonló színvonalú szobában nem volt hely és így kisebb szobára tudtak csak cserélni .
