Gern wieder
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, viel Ablageflächen und Schrank, auch im Bad. Wellnessbereich sehr schön, Hotel topp Lage, Kopfteil Bett verstellbar- super, Wasserkocher vorhanden u Kühlschrank

Cons:

Personal ( ausländische Mitarbeiter meist) teils überfordert, Blick für das Wesentliche fehlt noch. Frühstück gut, am letzten Tag aber kam niemand hinterher aufzufüllen...Käse, Eier, Rührei, Brötchen....Gäste waren genervt

Phantastisch und jederzeit wieder, gern ach mal im Sommer
Pros:

Das Personal war jederzeit ansprechbar. Freundlich, unkompliziert und auf jeden Wunsch eingehend. Z.B. wurde der fehlende zweite Sessel für unser Zimmer sofort gebracht. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers hat uns sehr gefallen, besonders der begehbare Kleiderschrank mit Spiegel-Schiebetür. Der Gaststättenbereich ist eine innenarchitektonische Meisterleistung in Blau-Weiß, geschmackvoll und schön. Auch die Raumaufteilung ist perfekt. Es gibt große Tafeln und auch gemütliche Ecken für Paare und Familien. Wer es hell und luftig haben möchte, kann sich in dem glasüberdachten Anbau mit Blick auf den Rosengarten wohlfühlen.
Der Wellness-Bereich ist ausgesprochen schön, wir waren begeistert über die geräumige Sauna mit den vielfältig ausgestatteten Ruheräumen und dem Pool, der ausreichend Platz zum Schwimmen bietet.
Da wir im Winter hier waren, können wir das Waldhotel für diese Jahreszeit unbedingt empfehlen.

Fast perfekt, wenn es mit der Zimmerbuchung geklappt hätte

Das Personal war sehr nett. Dem Koch auch ein großes Lob- super Essen , sehr schmackhaft und toll angerichtet.

Cons:

Wir hatten Anfang des Jahres dieses Hotel ausgesucht und ein Comfort Zimmer gebucht und bezahlt.
Aber beim Einchecken wurde uns im Nachbarhaus in der 2. Etage ( ohne Fahrstuhl) eine große Ferienwohnung angeboten.
Daraufhin habe ich in der Rezeption nachgefragt, was das soll. Wir haben keine Ferienwohnung gebucht. Antwort der Dame an der Rezeption: ja manchmal muss man umdisponieren??!!
Daraufhin suchte sie im Computer und fand wieder eine Ferienwohnung, kleiner und im Haupthaus. Die Wohnung war eine Notlösung, fürs Hotel, für uns war es enttäuschend. Wenn ich eine Ferienwohnung hätte haben wollen, dann hätte ich es gebucht. Habe aber ein Comfort Zimmer gebucht und nicht bekommen.
