Pros:

The price was good, the staff are friendly enough. Very basic amenities but for £9.00 per night you can't really complain. Good location as it was central to all that a visitor might need or want to see.

Cons:

Top bed cover wasnt clean. The owner tried to over charge me and wanted a full days rate for a late check out. But with a little bit of persuading he dropped the charge to 200,000Vnd.

Dont stay....even at only £9 per night you will regret it.
Pros:

The location was ok.

Cons:

The size of the room was tiny no more than 2m × 4m. The top cover/blanket on the bed was dirty. The ensuite toilet/shower was again tiny and also dirty. No window in the room. I came down stairs at 10pm to go to the shop and the reception was empty and the entrance door had been pad locked. I had to wake the owners son in order to be let out to fo for some water. The towels were literally the size of a face cloth. I had to threaten to leave in order to be moved from the first room allocated which had a broken TV. There was an internal window above the door which if you were 3m tall you could look out into the hallway, which let light into the room all night. Every time you moved when in bed it made quite a loud noise. Every little enquiry required the son to phone the father at least twice. The owner wanted a full days payment for a late check out. No fridge or drinking water available in the hotel reception.

Best homestay in Town!!
Pros:

The best homestay in Ha Tien!!! The owner and his wife are very friendly and they help you with everything!! The room was simple but so big and clean, we rent a motorbike from the structure, they provided us also a phone Sim, bring us personally to the bus station and suggested us where to eat! We had dinner with them and it was amazing !! Near to the most attraction in town, and near to Mui Nai beach !! I recommend to everybody
