Pros:

Бях с майка ми на почивка за една седмица и останахме изключително доволни от престоя и обслужването. Хотелът е семейно ориентиран и подходящ както за възрастни, така и за деца.
Частната плажна ивица с бар и персонал, който се грижи за комфорта на гостите, е прекрасно допълнение. Басейнът и барът при него са чудесни, а аниматорите създаваха страхотно настроение през целия ден и особено вечер.
В ресторанта храната беше разнообразна и вкусна.

Искаме специално да благодарим на мениджърката на хотела, на асистент ресторант мениджърката, на Вики от рецепция, на момчето и момичето от лобибара, на пиколото от Мароко, на Марк от плажния бар, както и на Венко и целия екип аниматори, които направиха престоя ни незабравим.

Бяхме настанени в стая 421 и със сигурност бихме се върнали отново.

Ich war mit meiner Mutter eine Woche im Urlaub und wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt und dem Service äußerst zufrieden. Das Hotel ist familienorientiert und sowohl für Erwachsene als auch für Kinder bestens geeignet.
Der Privatstrand mit Strandbar und dem Personal, das sich um den Komfort der Gäste kümmert, ist eine wunderbare Ergänzung. Auch der Pool und die Poolbar sind hervorragend, und die Animateure sorgten den ganzen Tag über und besonders abends für großartige Stimmung.
Im Restaurant gab es eine abwechslungsreiche und leckere Auswahl an Speisen.

Unser besonderer Dank gilt der Hoteldirektorin, der stellvertretenden Restaurantleiterin, Viki an der Rezeption, dem jungen Mann und der jungen Frau von der Lobbybar, dem Page aus Marokko, Mark von der Strandbar sowie Venko und dem gesamten Animationsteam, die unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht haben.

Wir waren im Zimmer 421 untergebracht und würden auf jeden Fall gerne wiederkommen.

Разочароващ престой с незадоволително обслужване и
Pros:

Храната беше сносна. От време на време имаше разнообразие и тематични вечери.

Cons:

По време на престоя си в хотела останахме разочаровани от няколко основни аспекта на обслужването и условията:
• Рецепционистите бяха нелюбезни и незаинтересовани – при пристигане не ни обърнаха внимание, тъй като гледаха в телефоните си, и едва след като ги заговорихме, започнаха настаняването. Без да изчакат да приключим с документите, ни поставиха гривни за ол инклузив, което беше неуместно и неуважително.
• Камериерките създаваха силен шум от ранни часове – чукаха на вратата още в 8:30 сутринта и тряскаха вратите по коридора, което нарушава усещането за почивка.
• Плажът работи само до 18:30 ч. и след този час спасителят гонеше гостите, независимо дали все още имаха желание да останат край морето.
• От тоалетната в стаята се носеше силна и неприятна миризма, което създаваше дискомфорт.
• Осигуряването на ютия се оказа сериозно предизвикателство – от рецепцията ни информираха, че всички са заети и не можеха да кажат кога ще има свободна.
• Паркирането също беше проблем – пиколото настоя веднага да преместим колата в платения паркинг на хотела, който струва 20 лв. на ден, без да се предлага възможност за безплатно паркиране за гостите.

Като цяло, обслужването и условията не отговаряха на очакванията ни за една спокойна и добре организирана почивка.

Расположение на 5с плюсом Номера требуют ремонта Питание нет морепродуктов и оно не полностью сбалансировано Отель предлагается как Ultra All Inclusive но это не соответствует действительности

Питание ухудшилось по отношению с прошлым годом. закрыт комплекс банный отсутствие аниматоров
