Excelent totul! Camera mare, curățenie peste tot, personal receptiv la orice aveai nevoie- la baruri, la piscină, pe plajă, la restaurant, la recepție- toți cu zambetul pe buze! Ne-au primit cu mult înainte de ora de check-in. Mancarea foarte bună și variată, zilnic schimbau cate ceva, iar gustarile, fructele și bautura toată ziua la discreție! Chiar ne-a plăcut totul, felicitări conducerii pt serviciile oferite! ❤️

Jestem w tym hotelu po raz drugi zauroczona bliskością morza i plaża, dobra kuchnia i przyjazna atmosferą pobytu.
Pros:

Lokalizacja hotelu jest wyśmienita, nad samym brzegiem morza. 1 km od Starego Nesebaru. Bardzo miły pomocny personel. Plaża przy hotelu cudowna, leżaki hotelowe w cenie pobytu. Dobra kuchnia.

Cons:

Stara armatura w lazienkach z prysznicem za ceratą.

Food was good.

Cons:

Bathroom too small and poor maintained. Hot water was comming from an electric boiler which had not enough capacity for a family of two adults and two children. One lightbulb had a strobe effect most of the time.

Pros:

Хотелът е чудесен, храната - безупречна, ние прекарахме почивката си в началото на юни, важно е може би да се отбележи, но беше спокойно, чисто, уютно, приятно, а персоналът беше невероятно любезен и приветлив. Дали бихме повторили.... ДА, въпросът е кога.... :) Поздрави на всички от MPM Arsena Beach! <3

Cons:

Нямаше платените спортни канали :D. Гледахме Ролан Гарос и беше супер!

Hotel mi doporučili náhodní známi, boli sme tu opakovane 2025,2026...
Pros:

Personál ústretový, vybavenie dostatočné, výber stravy rozmanitý, skvelé umiestnenie hotela priamo na pláži, ktorá je udržiavaná a vybavená lehátkami a slnečníkmi, k dispozícii je aj sprcha, hotel ponúka každý deň plážové osušky, má vonkajší i vnútorný bazén. Blízkosť obchodov i možnosť prechádzok do historickej časti Nesebaru cca 2 km .

Cons:

Horšie to je s toaletou na pláži,ktorá nebola otvorená komplet v čase prevádzky pláže, zaslúžila by si rekonštrukciu , takže bolo nutné chodiť do hotela , čo znamenalo vyšlapať množstvo schodov, náročné pre starších ,prípadne imobilných klientov .Posledné dva večery hlasná hudobná produkcia cca do 22,30 hodiny.

Чудовий вид і персонал, всі привітні, особливо рятівник сподобався та бармен. Кімната була велика, зручна для 2 дорослих і дітей 6 та 9 років

Absolut empfehlenswert – Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt!

Wir haben wunderbare Tage in diesem 4 Sterne-Hotel verbracht und sind restlos begeistert.
Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar: direkt am Meer und nur einen kurzen, schönen Spaziergang vom historischen Nessebar entfernt – perfekter geht es kaum!
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den hervorragenden Service. Das gesamte Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und arbeitet absolut professionell. Man fühlt sich von der ersten Minute an herzlich willkommen.
Unser Zimmer war angenehm groß, modern eingerichtet und hatte einen tollen Balkon. Ein großes Lob an das Reinigungsteam – es wurde täglich gründlich sauber gemacht.
Das Essen war bei allen Mahlzeiten (Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen) frisch, sehr schmackhaft und abwechslungsreich. Hier ist wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.
Fazit: Alles in allem ist dieses Hotel sehr zu empfehlen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist einfach unschlagbar gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
