Pros:

Все чудово. Був один мінус - це фен. Скажу так, беріть фен з собою, якщо потрібна укладка довгого чи середнього волосся. Фен - це якась шланга, з якої йде ледь тепле повітря. Все інше ідеально, харчування просто люкс. Місцезнаходження - люкс.

A fantastic seaside holiday — wonderful location, great food, lovely staff and a hotel we would happily return to! ❤️
Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at MPM Hotel Arsena. Everything exceeded our expectations — the location right by the beach is fantastic, the hotel is very comfortable, the food was varied and delicious, and the whole atmosphere made it very easy to relax and enjoy our holiday. What impressed us most was the staff: everyone we met was friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful. We stayed for five nights and left with only positive memories. It is one of those hotels where you immediately feel that you would happily come back again. A very well-deserved 10/10 from us!

Cons:

Honestly, there was nothing significant that we disliked. We were extremely happy with our stay and had a wonderful experience from beginning to end.

Cons:

Два мінуса,незначних. Перший-це на родину один ключ. І другий світло не яскраве. наче в затінку. Але,як на мене,це не значні мінуси.

Băuturile lasa de dorit, nu inteleg totuși conceptul acesta de Ultra All inclusiv unde ar trebuii să ai mai multe gen de la băuturi până la facilități pe plaja care apropo ce sunt alea paturile și fotoliile acolo dacă percepeti taxa pe ele deși aveti clienți cu Ultra all inclusiv?

So Johny Walker is free (included) Jack Daniels paid (not included) the difference in price between Johnny and Jack, is really small but what about people who enjoy simple bourbon(this was dirty from your side) ?!

☆☆☆ the floor surface close to the pool is very slippery and danger, you need to do something about this before something big happens!! ☆☆☆

Location of the hotel is little windy and sometimes can be cold :).(but that can't be fixed).

Staff was good, mainly the ladys who cleaned the rooms, receptionists (some of them), guys who cleaned the tables in the restaurant and some of the barmans.

Food was ok (mainly cold) good choice but not the best.

Like i said entertainment was not enough for kids and almost nothing for the adults.(you need to work on this).
