Pros:

5 stele sunt prea puține, totul este extraordinar! Hotelul este superb, situat chiar în centru, personalul extrem de amabil și atent la toate dorințele clienților, mesele bogate și extrem de gustoase, se simte implicarea managerului pentru a face totul perfect și elegant. Vă mulțumim tuturor!❤️

Wonderful
Pros:

The hotel is centrally located, easy access to the beach and shops. Very clean room with all the necessary amenities. Cleaning was done daily, we received coffee and water. Breakfast and dinner are ordered a la carte, large portions, excellently cooked food. Very friendly staff. Parking is next to the hotel. Our stay was very pleasant. We hope to come back soon!

Foarte mulțumit și vom reveni, cu siguranță.
Pros:

Personal foarte respectuos, servicii de calitate, sprijin efectiv în realizarea programelor de vizite propuse. Recomand. Cu siguranță vom reveni. Excelent raport calitate-preț.

Cons:

Probabil că personalul de la recepția hotelului ar trebui să-și perfecționezi nivelul conversației în limba engleză.

Pros:

Location, staff very friendly ready to help, many facility regarding food, entertainment around location.

The towels from bathroom was to "vintage" not white and the food was not very fresh.

The experience in the old town of Nessebar and in the hotel was pleasant. We will probably come back
Pros:

The breakfast is quite varied and served at the table. I had no problems choosing something from the menu.
The hotel's location seems ideal to me. There is quick access from the public parking lot on the left side of the peninsula and to the attractions and shops in the area. The hotel has its own parking lot. The restaurant offers the opportunity to experience Bulgarian dishes and in the evening you can listen to live music at a decent level (not too loud).

Cons:

The sofa bed frame creaked a little loudly.
Sometimes the noise of the refrigerator became noticeable.

Es hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Freundliches Personal sehr gutes Essen und tolle Lage.
Obwohl in der Altstadt von Nessebar konnten wir unser Auto direkt vor dem Hotel parken..

Cons:

Es gab nichts zu meckern.
