La ubicación, a 20 minutos de Oviedo y de Gijón. En en centro de Asturias.

Cons:

La limpieza bastante deficiente. Las fotos son siempre de la misma habitación y la que me tocó a mí hasta le faltaba una bombilla. Paredes y techos con manchas. Pelusas en el suelo, armario que no cerraba. Mobiliario viejo y ajado.
