Senza l' intoppo con la signora delle pulizie sarebbe stato ottimo
Pros:

Ottimo hotel in posizione strategica per visitare Orvieto.

Cons:

purtroppo abbiamo avuto un inconveniente con il personale di pulizia della camera che ha iniziato le pulizie mentre stavamo facendo colazione e non voleva interromperle al nostro ritorno.

Need to provide better control of room temperature, no one should sleep uncomfortably.
Pros:

Staff courteous and professional. Easy access and parking, right next to a service station to fill up your car to go. Breakfast was included and it was a copious and wonderful spread, the coffee is excellent.

Cons:

Italy and Europe have the habit of cutting off the air conditioning system, but have no fans and leaving window open is not always possible. Restful sleep is not possible unfortunately. The purpose of a hotel is to rest and sleep. Suggest you confirm if AC is on and functioning when confirming your booking, might need to choose your hotel wisely.

Hotel in posizione comoda con parcheggio sul davanti. Camera pulita e accogliente. Personale gentile. Ottima colazione.

Unica pecca la vicinanza ad una linea ferroviaria.

Nella stanza c'era la muffa, potrei allegare foto, poi un rumore assordante di treni che passavano con molta frequenza, quindi per una sola persona una notte 100 euro mi sembrano troppi, bagno invisibile e con tombino a vista proprio sotto il water

Decent for 1 night if you just need to sleep, but not super confy
Pros:

Property was clean and easy to access

Cons:

A few things that can be improved. The property is a bit run down, specifically the bathrooms. The beds are super hard and the pillows very thin. Breakfast was okeish, nothing special. I feel this place is targeting workers that are traveling and need a quick place to stay but not if you are on vacation and want a nicer looking place at the same price.

Sufficiente
Pros:

Hotel comodo da raggiungere dall’uscita autostradale ( due minuti dal casello ), perfetta per una sosta rigenerante come intramezzo di un lungo viaggio. Pulita, e comodo il letto.
I cani sono ben accetti e il personale molto gentile.

Cons:

Struttura di passaggio, molto asettica , forse da migliorare un po’. Purtroppo è segnalata la presenza di un ristorante, che in realtà non c’è. La colazione si può migliorare.
