Lovely location for a short break
Pros:

Lovely location by canal basin. Very comfortable bed. Lovely breakfast

Cons:

Room was quite dark and needed some extra lamps especially by the mirrors. Outside door banged quite loudly when people came and went, which woke us up a couple of times.

Good views, good for pets but poor cleaning standards and room
Pros:

Views were nice. Size of room good. Good for pets. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Cleaning standard was poor, shower hot water was poor had to ask 3 times to get it sorted.
Moved room which was also not the cleanest.
Bathroom door didn't shut. There was noise all night.
Dinner in restaurant was terrible 😫.

Lovely place to stay: great location, great food and great staff

Great location on John Muir Way. Food was very good and staff were pleasant and appropriately attentive.

Very comfortable stay, freindly staff and food was excellent. Ensuite bathroom was a dissapointment

Cons:

The ensuite room was not very clean and desparatly is needing a refurbishment. I told the manager this on departure.

Left after a couple of hours and booked into another hotel

Nothing, it was poor standard

It was dusty, handle missing from fridge cupboard door and placed in a drawer, and very noisy

Fun evening with great staff
Pros:

The Assistant Manager was very informative and helpful. She was also nice and chatty, which we loved. The food was great value for money and a nice clean pub.

Cons:

We thought the room was very expensive, given the location. It was more expensive than a night in an apartment in Glasgow

Relaxing location for work or Pleasure.
Pros:

Location is quiet and relaxed, rooms are clean and functional with excellent facilities in the bar downstairs for evening dinner and breakfast

Cons:

Only one comment,could do with bigger TVs in the room but wouldn’t affect my decision to stay again

Disappointing
Pros:

Nice view from the room.

Cons:

Bathroom was freezing cold even with the heater on. Had a couple of issues which were discussed with the manager the following morning and pointed out, which were going to be dealt with.
