lokalizacja w centrum miasteczka, bardzo blisko sklepy, restauracje, do gondolki 10 min spacerem przez miasteczko. Hotel stylowy, pełen udogodnień. Duży wybór na śniadaniu. Bardzo wykwintna restauracja na miejscu. uśmiechnięty, responsywny personel. Ciepła, krystalicznie czysta woda w basenie, dobre sauny i spa.
What a super stay! Arrived after 11 pm due to flight delay and a member of staff met us at the bus and took our cases to our room while we checked in and had something to eat. Service with a smile despite the hour!
Excellent large room and en-suite. Very comfortable bed. Lovely lounge, cafe, bar and terrace. Good boot room and secure lockers. Excellent spa and pool area.
Very good breakfast and excellent seven course dinner. The kitchen really does well! Extensive wine list too.
Staff were all very friendly, helpful and professional. Reception staff were delightful and were able to provide lift and ski bus passes.
The hotel is on the main square with ski buses on the doorstep to take you anywhere in the valley and beyond.

I stayed at this Hotel in room 335 with my wife and could not fault it. The location is perfect, all the staff were super helpful.

This hotel is so good. The staff are excellent and the food is too. We come every year the same week as do many other guests. The repeat business is a testament to the quality provided. The ski slopes are very well maintained and despite poor snow this year we had excellent skiing due to the amount of snow cannons and piste maintenance.

I like breakfast provided by the hotel with vast varieties of food to choose from as well as the dinner with three good options to choose from.
I particularly like the location which is right in front of the bus stop for buses to/from Bolzano.
And the morning mail on my dining table which provides weather forecast for the day and following two days as well as
programs for the day and suggestion where to visit in the vicinity like South Tyrol Museum of Natural History.
Finally, I enjoyed excursion with the hotel guide Lukas who accompanied me to take cable car to both Seceda and Alpe di Siusi on the first day as well as visiting Passo Giau on the following day and many other places with magnificent views!
