Pros:

Heel mooi ingericht hotel in prachtige locatie, pal in het centrum van Ortisei, rustig en toch bruisend. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Vlak bij roltrap voor de gondel naar Seceda (prachtig!). Gondel naar Alpe di Suisi op tiental minuten stappen (prachtig!).

Beautiful property in the heart of the village
Pros:

Great location. Room was excellent. Newly renovated. The bathroom was spacious and the shower excellent. Enjoyed the balcony.

Cons:

Parking- needed details on how to access parking ahead of arrival.

Beautiful property, it’s a gem!!
Pros:

Breakfast was perfect!
we had a guide take us on a hike. What a nice service! He was fantastic Luca.
And such kind staff, even walked us out to the bus in the rain to make sure we got the right bus!! we’ll be back!

Cons:

I like coffee pot or hot water kettle in the room for early morning coffee/tea. that would be a good addition!

Poor value, poor service hotel
Pros:

Breakfast and location were good.

Cons:

This hotel was renovated and seems to highlight itself as being 4-5 stars but in terms of service it was severely lacking. You can easily tell this hotel is trying to cut corners on savings at the expense of the guest despite charging 500CAD per night. Rooms are much smaller than they appear on the website.
We had to ask for everything to the point where I questioned what the purpose of the front desk staff were for. The bathroom is very outdated and has a small plastic hair dryer attached to the wall. I had to call and ask for a proper hairdryer which they keep at their front desk but don't tell you. There is no kettle in the room, so you have ask for that too but they will charge you for a teabag. I saw on the website they offer free hiking poles...of course I had to prompt them and ask for them. There was no hair conditioner just shampoo....so of course once again, I had to call for hair conditioner which they also hide at the front desk. The lighting in the room at night is do dim we had to open the closets because there's lighting in the closet.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always happy to help. The service was excellent, the facilities were outstanding, and everything was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was varied and excellent. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend staying here.

An excellent choice in Ortisei, with the personal attention of a family run hotel and perfectly loctated in the centre o
Pros:

This hotel is very personable, well-located and has fantastic daily activities, with an exceptional guide for daily hikes in the mountains.
The outdoor jacuzzi is great to relax in after a hike and the outdoor pizza oven produced excellent pizzas on a thin base.
The staff are extremely attentive and recommended very good restaurants outside their own set-menu (very generous selection of regional courses).

Cons:

The hotels in the Dolomites are not used to hot weather and, rightly, do not have AC. It was unusually warm during our stay and the addition of simple, portable fans in the room would have made sleeping more comfortable.

Best hotel of our 11 days trip
Pros:

We were welcome warmly by the owner (I think). The hotel is very centrally located, right next to the Seceda cable car escalator and a short 10 min walk to the other cable car to Alpe. Room is modern and clean, nicely arranged, balcony offers a good view. I really like this hotel. Food also is good, so is the wine. Its booked by our agent so i have no idea of the cost.
