Location was right on the water.
Parking right across the street.
Self check-in was easy.

Cons:

There was confusion as to is responsible for cleaning the dishes in the room as management said they were responsible, and the service staff said we were responsible

We really enjoyed staying in Penguin and being so central to restaurants and cafes.

I would have preferred to have updated photos and information related to the stay.
Pros:

There wasn’t a breakfast.

Cons:

It wasnt overly clean, there was also a LOT of noise being made by the floor above us, between 10pm and around 3am sounding like moving furniture.
The wifi also did not work.

Cons:

We made a booking online, and when we turned up we could not access the building. After ringing and emailing for nearly half an hour, we left and found somewhere else to stay. The phone number on the door that we were meant to ring just rang out.

Good last minute option but will not stay here again.
Pros:

The room was a good option for a last minute night away at a fair price.

Cons:

Unfortunately when we arrived we were advised the spa bath wasn’t working which was incredibly disappointing as that’s the only reason we booked the room. The cleanliness of the room was questionable especially in the bath room. The bath and shower both had substantial amounts of mould in the silicone and the shower was unusable with the amount of mould on the shower head which was very disappointing.
