One night stay ok, anything beyond, look elsewhere
Pros:

Great location

Cons:

No staff were present during a 4 night stay, room was not cleaned nor serviced on any day, kirtchen is not up to standard and any washing up had to be done in the bathroom sink. No access to a vaccumm in room, dishwasher etc. General service delivery for a long stay is not up to standard.

Other incredibly noisy and foul mouthed guests spoilt the night with excessive noise late at night and early in the morning - we all had to suffer because USA beat Australia in the World Cup!

The central location was great ,close to everything.
Owner and staff were very helpful and very nice.

Ithe motel was in a great location , but the stairs are a real negative for us.
Pros:

The motel was in an excellent location. The room was clean and comfortable. A staff member was there for check in but that was the last we seen of anyone. The bathroom seemed to be half finished , eg fittings incomplete. The stairs are very narrow and tight not the best for carrying luggage up.
The bar down stairs with complimentary port and brandy plus $5.00 glasses of wine was a lovely touch.

Right opposite the beach. Everything in the room you need, a little washing up liquid to wash up dishes would have been an advantage, I had to use shampoo!
