Excellent value and location. Host lacked professional conduct regarding the booking.
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful host. Clean room. Good pricing. For people, who don't mind walking 20 minutes to the centre, this is the right location.

Cons:

The room had three beds, which was two too many. I would have much preferred a wardrobe instead. Also, hot water was only available after sunny days.

While the location and accomodation was excellent, the experience was soured on the very first day when the host asked me to reduce my booking days so they could avoid platform fees. When I book online, I expect those specific terms to be honoured. I'm on holiday and don't want to deal with a host's 'pity' requests or tight profit margin. If there are fees, build them into the price and stick to it. I paid some extra just to avoid this moaning ceremony. When I am on holiday, I want to be on holiday. I don't want to deal with bad practices caused by others. My integrity is not for sale.

This happened to me repeatedly across India and Nepal. My advice to hosts: be honest and professional, and you'll get the booking and the 5-star rating. Stick to the deal.

The name says it indeed. It’s very peaceful and tranquil, so if you’re looking for this type of experience that’s your place. I kept on extending my stay as it feels very comfy and you have a beautiful view of the fields and the mountain from the balcony on each floor. The family are very nice and they will look after you for sure. I really recommend it

I really enjoyed my stay here. Originally I booked 3 nights but then extended my stay longer. The family is very welcoming and kind, there is a lot of nature in the surroundings and the area is much calmer than the center, so I loved that a lot! I will be coming back after my trek for sure ☺️

Our stay at Hotel Nature Peace has been wonderful!! The bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept in in all of Nepal. The room, one of the largest. The shower, one of the hottest, and the pressure was great. We used the shared kitchen, well stocked, and loved the fact that it was a 10-15 minute walk to the stores of Lakeside. There was a great restaurant right next door and our hosts were attentive to our every need. A very sweet and caring family. We will be returning to stay here after our trek, and would do so any other time we visit Pokhara. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!
